Practical intelligence is often neither acknowledged nor respected, which results in many talented people's strengths not being recognised or nurtured, and as a consequence they loose self-confidence. We could include a wealth of clichés so often used when describing a nursery/pre-school setting. However, we have chosen to buck the system somewhat by effectively saying it ‘as it is’ and trying to give you an actual snapshot of a typical day at All Kids. We have been told that the most sustainable settings are those with a strong identity such as the ‘forest school’, the ‘bilingual nursery’ or the ‘eco-friendly’ establishment. Rightly or wrongly we don’t really fit neatly into any of these categories as we really do a bit of everything! None of us really know where all the children will end up, what their likes and dislikes will be or what strengths and passions they will adopt. Who are we to try and impose these on them? We believe our responsibility is to offer as many opportunities as possible so all children can have fun, develop strong relationships, grow in confidence and effectively ‘find their place’, whatever that may be.

About me I have been teaching meditation since 2014, and the more I teach the more I love it. If there is one thing that I have learned in my years teaching it is that we are all different, with our own strengths and weaknesses. In order to teach well, I need to get to know each student individually, guiding each to tap into their own innate wisdom, offering instruction that fits each student’s unique circumstances. The ten years I spent as a Buddhist nun afforded me the great privilege of being able to practise meditation in much depth and detail. I was blessed with masterful teachers and all of the support I could have hoped for. I spent five years in Myanmar training diligently in the Theravada tradition under the guidance of Pa Auk Sayadaw. I then spent a further five years training in several other methods, and spent many months doing long solo retreats in various caves and forests.

Her passion combined with vast experience in all areas makes her uniquely qualified to train hypnobirthing practitioners and teachers and it is her absolute passion to enable as many people as possible to pass on hypnobirthing techniques in a way that highlights their existing skill set. She understands the juggle of running a successful business whilst wanting to support as many pregnant parents through a smooth birth and is creating a ripple effect within the industry to empower more businesses that work within the birthing & pregnancy areas to include hypnobirthing as a way to give you and your clients more empowerment and confidence.
