with yourself Enjoy our free flowing style of yoga, which connects breath and
movement through a guided sequence of postures. Whatever your level of yoga
experience there is something for you at Breathe. If you’re a beginner,
returning to yoga, or you simply prefer a more gentle class that gives plenty of
time to connect with your body, then our Gentle Yoga class is great place to
begin. Once you are familiar with the postures and feel ready for a little more,
you could try Yoga Flow, a graceful, flowing and energising class, linking
breath with movement. All our classes with Yoga JoJo finish with a lovely
soothing relaxation to help you feel your happiest and most relaxed self.
