Transform your business with World leading coaching, consulting & training Our training, coaching and consulting services have the power to transform your business’s efficiency and profitability, injecting new passion, vision and a sense of purpose into you and your teams Pushing learning & development to the next level Our services are underpinned by an understanding of the individual, their psychology, their positive traits and their limiting beliefs. We work with individuals and teams to create a shift in their beliefs and attitudes towards their role in your business or organisation. This allows us to deliver rapid, radical and positive change, with delegates feeling committed, empowered and confident in their role in your business. We deliver our training courses, coaching and consultancy services globally and customise each programme according to your business’s specific goals, culture and objectives. We work in partnership with you to help you succeed. Why delegates love our courses Delegates always comment that our courses are engaging, motivational and most importantly based on tried and tested real world application NOT text book theory. Our programmes stand out because they are highly interactive - we want people to apply the knowledge on the course itself, to experiment and adapt any new insights in a safe environment, to see if it would work within their industry or company. We design simulations with them to test our methods out before it is applied in their ‘live’ environment. This gives them the satisfaction and confidence to apply the learning and pro-actively come up with new ideas that will help them and their organisations to deliver the best to their clients and stakeholders.

Cram School

cram school

Cram School was established in 1869, creating a new school district out of the Warm Springs District. In 1869, Lewis F. Cram saw a need for a school in the eastern part of the valley. He had two sons of his own, and more families were settling in the area of Cramville, (where the Village Lakes development is today). The new school district was separated from the Warm Springs district, and Lewis Cram donated land south of Base Line and under the point of the bluff. Neighbors came with hammers and saws to help build the first, one-room, clapboard schoolhouse. The increase in the citrus industry and the population rendered the 1882 Cram school outdated and outgrown. A Mission-style building was constructed on the same site, in front of the earlier building. Eight grades were taught at the Cram School until 1907, when the Cram high school students attended Redlands High School. Another change occurred in 1917, when seventh and eighth graders attended Redlands Jr. High School for the first time. The Cram School District was administered by an elected school board under the San Bernardino Schools system until 1957, when it was absorbed into the Redlands School District. In 1958, 56 years after the construction of the 1902 school building, a new school was erected. It was situated below the 1902 site, with the entrance facing Elder Gulch Road. The new schoolhouse was a one-story building with six classrooms. Portable classrooms were brought in later to handle the growing needs of the school. But the school could not keep up with the demands of the growing population.

Some wise heads If you want to develop yourself, your organisation or your community, you are in the right place. We help people to reach their true potential (e.g. better lives & better leaders); help organisations – through the prism of diversity - to be more effective with better outcomes; and to help communities by advancing and sharing good practice in international development. We have been fortunate to have colleagues who have worked in great organisations that have taught us how to analyse, review and advise others. It is these tools we continue to build on to help others. The power of diversity and travel - We have been very lucky to have travelled extensively in Europe, Asia, USA, Africa and the Caribbean / Latin America. It has given us the opportunity to see the universality of human desire to advance themselves; and that exploring new ideas can change your perspective and beliefs. Our Vision - to help individuals, organisations and communities to advance themselves, even if it means questioning the strong beliefs, we all hold. We will continue to challenge our beliefs and the beliefs of others so long as they hold us back from making progress as a global human family. Our Mission - to help millions of people worldwide, to lift themselves out of their ‘humdrum’ of daily life, to achieve their dreams that were often beaten out of them by ‘life’ experiences and ‘negative people’. Our values - Hard Work; Integrity; Gratitude; Family; Hope & Dignity; Love; and Fun. Hope - I believe in the power of hope. Everyone deserves the opportunity to work towards achieving their dreams. “Without hope, there is no future, just survival!”

Mortar Learning

The teacher-student relationship exists largely under the not-for-profit umbrella, but there are still a few industries out there that profit (comfortably) from it. Unfortunately, the ESL/EFL industry (loaded with for-profit companies that combine for a net worth of billions) sits at the edge of a social movement waiting to burst. At Mortar Learning, we imagine a world where English as a Secondary/Foreign Language is no longer for-profit. Thanks to our years of experience, we’ve created a system geared towards giving teachers and students highly efficient ways to teach/learn while reminding them that they’re not just a nameless number in the corporate machine. We do this by giving them 100% of the profits. That’s right! Our teachers receive every dime we make in profits. As a student, imagine learning a language and every time you took a class, spoke with a language partner, or updated your friends on what you’d learned, your teacher was given a percentage of the profits of a multi-million dollar company? As a teacher, imagine finally feeling like you work for a company that cares and supports you? Finally, imagine a world where everyone can communicate using the same language. English is already the language of money and travel. Like mortar, English binds us together, allowing us to learn and understand different cultures and people. If you’re someone who wants to create change on a truly massive scale, then please reach out! Help us shift perceptions surrounding for-profit education. Help us empower students and teachers. Help us pull the world together through language. Let's create a new standard in nonprofit.

Finishing my Masters degree in Business management and English back in 1990, I was drawn to my initial love for teaching. From then on, my career path veered from teaching to customer coordinator, project manager to being a progress coach in a Sixth Form College. This last step inspired me to become a qualified coach. I decided to leave full time employment in September 2016 and after a very enjoyable 6 month training with Animas I got my Transformational Life Coaching certificate in May 2017 and became ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited in June 2018. As a true multipotentialite, my life also involves many projects, volunteering, mentoring and training. My coaching clients vary from students to corporate, self employed and Academics. Issues we have been addressing range from self confidence, lack of direction and clarity to procrastination. My own learnings through this amazing journey have been patience and looking at others’ perspectives and stay curious. My key skill is presence and intuition. Looking forward to carrying on growing as a professional coach, I seize every opportunity to attend talks, networking events, read blogs, volunteer and reach out to the community. In the long run, my main goals are to keep helping the most in need: the youngsters. I truly believe in the power of pure coaching and will endeavour to keep learning and better my skills to help you obtain the change you crave for. Why chose me? because I will help you move forward, take action by gaining clarity and confidence to do so in a few very powerful life changing coaching sessions.
