Products & Technique’s Workshop Workshop Description: Want to talk paint? Have a play with colours and finishes? That's why we are so excited to team up with Sophie James Paints on this very special Two Day Technique Product Furniture Interior Workshop with Sophie James Decor Paint. ReVamp Boutique will be honoured to welcome Tony Cheeld from his Essex based family business. On this workshop you will have the chance to chat to him about technical queries, learn their sustainable ethos and how Sophie James Decor Paint products can transform every room of your home, furniture and garden with a Q&A . Day One you can experiment with all their latest products from their latest Light Dynamics range, paints, glazes and varnishes and discuss all those queries you have about preparation, application and colour mixing. Day Two you will using the techniques and knowledge you have learned on Day One and working on your own piece using Sophie James Decor Paint products and finishes. Interior design based Sarah Ashby-Bassett will be available to discuss paint colours schemes and interior colour choices for your home and how paint can transform your space. Its peony season, Chelsea Flower show is underway and London is in bloom! What better way to celebrate the season by creating a beautiful bouquet of gorgeous peonies. Come join me in the studio at West 16th SE21 where we will learn the art of building a beautiful hand-tied bouquet of the best seasonal flowers. Mix a gorgeous selection of flowers, fillers and foliage using the 'spiralling' technique used by the pros. We will be chatting through peony varieties, how to get the most out of them and sharing lots of flower hacks, tips and tricks along the way. We finish by tying, wrapping and presenting and you'll leave with your floral creation to enjoy at home and the ability to do it all again. The workshop will be held in the studio of West 16th, SE21 who will supply drinks and snacks included within the workshop price.

Woodland Christmas Wreath Making Workshop Henley on Thames with a difference. A hands on experience foraging and creating a sustainable Christmas wreath from scratch in Nettlebed Woodland

2 day Portrait Workshop in acrylics inspired by Dante Gabriel Rossetti   Join well known Edinburgh artist and tutor Suzanne Kemplay and model Beth Davison to create a portrait in the style of the pre Raphaelite Brotherhood. Expect an atmospheric set and romantic lighting in keeping with the Rossetti’s style, with a few modern touches thrown in.   On Day 1 Suzanne will give a short talk on how to approach your composition and how to capture the spirit of the artist’s technique. You’ll plan and sketch out a drawing in the morning before moving on to painting in the afternoon and on day two.  All materials are supplied (or feel free to bring your own) and the class is kept small to ensure everyone gets some individual attention. This course is most suited to those who have some drawing experience but we welcome beginners. Over 14s only. The workshop will run from 10 - 4pm on 1 and 2 April.
