QTS is necessary for teaching young students, while QTLS is ideal for teaching at a higher education level. QTS requires an intensive course with work practice, while QTLS requires sector competence and 100 hours of teaching experience.

The IWFM Level 3 qualifications in workplace and facilities management are for you if you are a first-line manager or supervisor in workplace and facilities management or if you are new to the industry.
