Intro to Energy Medicine Yoga Workshop: Elevate Your Yoga Practice and Heal

5.0(18)

By Prittie Yoga

Learn the language your body speaks. EMYoga is an integrative practice combining tapping, acupressure holds & neuro-lymphatic holds. Emily Perrier is an Advance Energy Medicine Yoga teacher and loves to share the healing and health benefits of yoga. If you want to supercharge your yoga practice in a loving and caring way then this is for you! This morning event will include an introduction to EMYoga followed by an EMYoga practice. This is perfectly suited for beginners and options will be offered for the more seasoned yogi. Emily's moto and style of yoga "It's how you and your body feel, not how deep you go. It is a practice after all and each day our body is different so EMYoga teaches us to honour that and have FUN on the journey! EMYoga works with the 9 energy systems of the body within the context of a yoga practice. to bring the underlying energy into balance. From there, the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of our lives can more easily come into balance and healing. By pairing the power of Energy Medicine with the power of Yoga, both systems gain power and efficacy. Emily is the proud owner of Prittie Yoga (Sanskrit translation JOY yoga) established in 2018 and has been practising yoga since 2000. She runs retreats around the world and you can find out more by visiting www.prittieyoga.co.uk

February Half Term Camp

5.0(4)

By Boogie Pumps (Farnham) Ltd.

Do you have a little one that loves dancing, singing & acting? Why not book them a place at one of our BP Theatre Camps this holiday?   Struggling to think of ways to keep the kids entertained? BP to the rescue! Your children will learn new skills, be engaged, make new friends and most importantly….have BAGS OF FUN!   Our camp offers the children a chance to build their confidence in a friendly environment. We encourage kids to be their best not the best. How does the day run? We start the day with our welcome talk & ice breaker games – this is a great way for the children to ease into the day and get to know each other. Once we have made some new friends we move onto livening up our bodies with dance, after this energetic session we take a well deserved morning break. Singing is up next followed by lunch – a much needed chance to refuel after a very busy morning. The afternoon then consists of drama tasks, arts & crafts, afternoon break and plenty of games.   Each session (dance, singing & drama) consist of a warm up, technique and working towards a final piece that we complete by the end of the day.   Our aim is for each child to leave daily with the biggest smile on their face and feeling proud of what they’ve achieved.
