We run regular away days for women, our parents and young people, where we teach them about mental health awareness, nutrition, holistic remedies and GOAL setting There is a mental health crisis in our school system and a huge increase within the last 5 years. Children are facing even more pressures than ever; exams, social media, cyberbullying and body image and need to develop skills to cope and succeed in today's world. We offer a safe and secure consistent place for vulnerable young people to find support. . OUR FUTURE LEADERS Who we work with One Step at a Time. We start working with our young people from an early age to ensure that we can follow through when building their confidence and self-esteem; especially when faced with challenges such as peer pressure, body image, mental health, and addiction. Our youth team helps to make all our courses a success. We use the skills of our Black community ambassadors, be-frienders, and arts awarded courses as a mean of engagement. With our youth, we use a unique approach to person-centred success. We encourage an holistic approach, making them aware of Black history, Black leaders and connections with the Black elders within our community. Our mission is to make a stronger and fairer world and to fight for equality.

Full Speed Bachelor of Arts Degree B.H.M.S. (together with The Robert Gordon University) has designed one of the fastest track BA Degrees in Switzerland without compromising its educational quality. At B.H.M.S. students can achieve a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management in 18 months of studying plus an 18-month paid internship period. A similar education in another Swiss hotel management school would require 24 months of studying plus a 12-month internship period. This gives B.H.M.S. graduates an advantage of studying 6 months less while gaining 6 additional months of paid work experience in Switzerland.

Here at PQA Bristol, we are super excited about our new projects to kick off 2023! In Musical Theatre and Comedy & Drama our students will be working on skills whilst we begin rehearsals for our upcoming musical of The Little Mermaid, performed at the 1542 Performing Arts Centre! In Film & Television, we are exploring pre-production, storytelling and filmmaking practice whilst taking part in a variety of PQA challenges! Our Poppets will be exploring a range of themed sessions, they will even be making their own Poppets movie! All of our students will be developing their confidence and Performing Arts skills across the range of brilliant sessions we offer! We are thrilled that due to popular demand we are launching our Brand New Friday Academy in May - Book your place at our Free Open Day to experience the Friday Fun! Here at PQA students participate in an array of diverse and challenging modules designed to engage and excite our students- there is never a dull moment! We are passionate about building confidence and developing children's skills in the performing arts while striving to allow each individual to reach their potential! Our team at The HIVE reaches out and gives opportunities to vulnerable people unable to make life chances for themselves. The work of The HIVE helps local children realise what kind of adults they can be. It is not good enough to apply sticking plasters onto vulnerable adults without having first attempting to guide and nurture young people who dare to dream of better lives for themselves. Mark’s Story Mark had huge problems at school. He had little social skills to be able to cope with learning and as a result was unfocussed and behaved aggressively. He was at real risk of exclusion. The team at The HIVE encouraged his involvement in Croydon Children’s University™. Mark has been a success story, wanting to come to the activities, wanting to learn and build up his points. Both school and his parent’s say Mark’s participation in Croydon Children’s University™ has made a huge difference to both his behaviour and the way he is now able to cope with all that life throws at him. He is no longer at risk of exclusion from school.

Artigarvan etc; provides a comprehensive range of support and services to individuals with (mild-moderate) learning disabilities; through a network of community-based projects in and around the border region of Co. Tyrone (with Donegal); as well as facilitating some clients who reside in the city of Derry and surrounding area. Our Head Office and base in Northern Ireland is in Strabane, County Tyrone where we have our social enterprise – Strabane Garden Centre which is open all year round.We have in total 45 adults ranging from 19 years to retirement age, availing of their own person-centred, Western Health & Social Care Trust (Learning Disability) – funded programme on either a full-time or part-time basis. Opening Doors, Opening Minds Since 1995, New Horizons Partnership Ltd. has been a committed Community / Voluntary organisation; wholly funded by the Western Health & Social Care Trust (WHSCT) (Learning Disability) in Northern Ireland to provide services of excellence to school leavers & adults of all ages with learning disabilities; supporting & equipping each referred individual with the appropriate skills, knowledge & confidence required to enrich & improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their families.

Mital is a visionary leader, innovator, learner and educator. She founded the multi-award-winning Spark Academy back in 2009 whilst she was teaching as a qualified teacher in schools. As a passionate educator with a strong social conscience, Mital’s firm ethos is about making quality education affordable; so that it provides pathways for social mobility and brighter opportunities in your child’s future. Mital’s own academic journey came with a fair few challenges, which meant that she went through many struggles and coping mechanisms to keep up to speed with her learning. Diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of 21, Mital came to understand why she processed information differently. This is why she is an advocate of non-conformist learning techniques that will help any child realise their infinite potential. Mital shares her methodology to learning in her book “Study Like This, Not Like That”, which she has refined over fifteen years, and which earned her the MBA student of the Year in 2021 – an award out of 20,000 students worldwide. Mital not only has a unique teacher’s perspective but that of a learner too! About Sound Matters was founded in 2014, following a series of conversations between Mike Edwards (climate change and sustainability expert) and Harry Coade (music producer and soundscape recordist). These conversations, which took place in London pubs, cafes and galleries, were focused on how sound and listening could be used to create more sustainable and resilient futures. Mike and Harry discovered a unique and deep synergy between their disparate areas of expertise and began to further explore how they could apply this knowledge and insight. After delivering a series of lectures at leading universities in London, Mike and Harry began working on a number of global research initiatives, and academic courses, which were designed to discover more about how sound and listening could be used to understand the political, social, economic and environmental systems shaping the world. They also began working with a number of corporate clients who were looking for new ways of engaging their staff and stakeholders with the importance of creating business practices which were sustainable for both people and planet. From humble beginnings, Sound Matters has grown into an organisation which is widely acknowledged as a global leader in the use of sound and the art of listening to help individuals and organisations understand, and help solve, the most fundamental challenges facing the world. Sound Matters has a clear mission which is to create a universal culture of listening whereby every individual and organisation can access the power of sound and listening to create a better world.
