I am an energy healer who also uses sound to connect and rebalance peoples’ vibrations and non-physical energy. I found I had the ability to do this after a spiritual awakening in 2014. Since then I have been fortunate enough that my work has taken me all over the world. I am grateful to the people who have contributed to my learning and helped to guide me on my path. I became a healer (guide) after awakening with the use of a plant medicine called Ayahuasca. After 33 sessions over a period of 15 months, I had decided (if not guided) to move away from all plant medicines or anything that would artificially alter my state of consciousness. My path is to now develop my own abilities to raise my frequency and, in doing so, access the same level of healing tools I was able to use whilst in these plant-induced states. Since 2014, the spiritual path has allowed to me work in the USA, CHINA, AFRICA, ASIA, INDIA and EUROPE. The teachings keep coming and the work keeps changing. I have now launched my own course, entitled HEAL YOURSELF. This will also be the basis for future retreats throughout 2021-2022. I have been a video producer and musician for a number of years and I use my skills in media to produce my own digital meditations and video productions that support my spiritual healings and teachings. Sound and frequency are the foundation of my work, from the live music I perform to the personal one-to-one sessions and the group energy work. Everything is frequency and vibration.

We have been delivering highly successful programmes for over 13 years with achievement rates in excess of 90%. Covid Secure Guidance Taking into account Government advice, I have offered and continue to offer my students an online alternative to one to one studio lessons. These live lessons are carried out via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype. These are and remain difficult times with no certainty as to what will happen next. Online teaching is of course, no substitute for face to face tuition. Many of my students have asked me to begin teaching again in my studio. I have therefore decided to re-open the studio, and offer one to one teaching, but strictly following Covid Secure guidelines. My existing students will be aware of how keen I am to ensure that students with a cold or any other illness which may be passed on, do not attend lessons. (After all, I and several of my students rely upon our voices for work). The current situation makes it much more important that we all follow the Covid Guidelines so that we stay safe. Covid Guidelines if you think that you have a cold/flu, fever or any other illness which may infect others you must not come to your scheduled lesson, but must immediately let me know; social distancing – at least 2 metres separation (3 whilst singing) must be observed at all times; there will be no physical contact (for example to demonstrate breathing techniques); students must enter the studio via the entrance driveway and through the side doorway leading into the courtyard where my detached studio is. (Please note that I am regretfully unable to offer toilet or refreshment facilities for the time being); hand sanitiser will be available and must please be used on entering and leaving the studio; Students are not required to wear face masks (and unless otherwise requested by my student I will not wear one); Whilst I will take steps to follow Covid – Secure guidance, and will keep the studio clean and well ventilated before and after lessons, students must appreciate that I cannot guarantee their safety or be responsible for any infection.

I’m a poet, prose-poet, short story writer and journal keeper. I write regularly for enjoyment, self-exploration, and as a form of reflective practice, and I’m passionate about the link between creative expression and wellbeing. “I’ve loved stories, poems and language since I was young. I’m fascinated by the different means we all use to communicate with others, and how we strive to overcome the blocks we encounter in our attempts to hear and be heard by others.” — RACHEL GODFREY I'm also a qualified and experienced Creative Writing for Wellbeing facilitator, offering interactive courses and workshops for adults, as well as one-to-one mentoring. I create and hold a space where participants can take creative and emotional risks to express themselves on the page in short (5-25 minute) bursts of 'live' spontaneous writing (poetry, narrative, prose-poetry, autobiographical fiction, memoir, and other forms), in response to a range of prompts. Participants can choose to share their writing and/or to discuss their reflections on the writing process, knowing that anything they do share will be held supportively. I constantly marvel at the diverse pieces generated by a single prompt and a time limit, and it’s a privilege to witness people grow in confidence as they entrust themselves, their writing and their creative process to the group. I have a background in ELT / TESOL (English Language Teaching / Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and I’ve been a published author in this field for about 15 years. This work draws on my years of experience as a teacher and teacher trainer, and satisfies my deep interest in the patterns, sounds, and nuances of meaning of English.

My jewellery is inspired by the natural world. The landscape in particular has a strong influence on the concept of my designs, but psychologically and emotionally it is the ancient world of Talismanic potency that inhabits the finished pieces.’ Design is the pivotal dictate of Lucy Copleston’s work, and imagination the essence. Her sketchbooks are used to ‘think’ on paper and her designs are further developed and refined through prototypes. Landscape has always contributed to her vision through an awareness of land mass balanced against sky, the perspective of diminishing roads and the sculptural statement of trees. Her mother Jean Royle and her grandfather Stanley Royle contributed greatly to this awareness, as both were landscape painters: www.jean-royle.com. and www.stanleyroyle.com The flowing linear decoration, a signature of Lucy’s style, draws inspiration from her early childhood experience of living beside a small river in rural Suffolk, and the familiar sight of shallow water rippling over pebbles in sunlight. She views jewellery as a magical element, imbued with an enduring energy reaching beyond this life, as did people of the ancient world. Her formal training began in 1962 at Mansfield College of Art, Nottinghamshire. Then in 1964 – 67 she studied for a BA in 3-dimensional design at Loughborough College of Art and Design, Leicestershire. In 1967 she furthered her studies at the Royal College of Art, London, specialising in silversmithing and graduating with an MA in 1970. Producing one-off commissioned pieces, limited editions and repeatable ranges of jewellery forms the majority of her work, alongside teaching jewellery making at her workshop on a one-to-one basis. She lives in the very beautiful Vale of Clwyd in North Wales, surrounded by an inspiring landscape, with expansive views of the Clwydian hills. Stockists:
