Hello! and welcome! I am your chef. I love to cook, I love to cook with others and I love to share my knowledge. For over ten years I sailed around the world working as a high end personal chef on luxury sailing yachts. I have a passion for food and have had the pleasure of travelling to many different countries seeing the assortment of flavours and variations of dishes that have enabled me to pick up flavour combinations and skills from people around the world. As a luxury yacht chef you need to be able to cook a wide variety of food… pretty much whatever the guests ask for you need to magically make it appear from the galley ;-) I loved this challenge and it enabled me to discover and master a wide variety of cuisines!
