Tailored for the little movers and shakers aged 18 months to 3 years, our program is a treasure chest, unlocking the boundless creative spirit of your child. At the epicenter of this voyage is the charming Melody Bear, guiding our young dancers through a land filled with the marvels of dance and motion, weaving together activities, stories, dreams, and dances. We’ve meticulously mapped out a dance odyssey that flows smoothly, nurturing your child’s growth every pirouette of the way. This journey crescendos at the Foundation Ballet level, where, amidst applause and twinkling eyes, our dancers share a heartfelt goodbye with Melody Bear at their Graduation Ceremony. Spend two lovely days at our alpaca farm designing and making your own completely unique hand woven scarf. Working on a Rigid Heddle loom you will choose your yarns from the beautiful natural colours and hand dyed yarns from the Burnt Fen Alpacas herd. We work in my studio - a Mongolian yurt next to the alpaca fields and the alpacas will no doubt visit to say hello. We have around 40 alpacas ranging through whites, fawns, browns, greys and blacks so there are plenty of natural colours to choose from! Any dyed yarn is hand dyed on the farm using natural dyes. Refreshments are available all day and a there is a delicious homemade soup for lunch.

How to book a space on an Exhibition Talk or Taster The Exhibition Talks, demos and drop-ins are free of charge, however spaces are limited and it would be helpful if you could book using the links below so that we have an idea of numbers. Select your choice of Talk or Taster below and the link will take you to the booking page. If it's already sold out, you can add your name to the waiting list. There is a nominal fee of £5 towards the cost of materials payable for the Exhibition Tasters, and spaces are limited. The £5 is also fully redeemable against the purchase of a workshop space (collect your exhibition voucher at the end of your Exhibition Taster). We recommend booking in advance to secure a spot. Any remaining spaces will be made available to book on the day. Your wreath will smell and look fabulous. Festive snacks and a glass of mulled wine  included.
