Welcome to OWEN (Open Water Education Network). OWEN is a water safety education
programme based in Nottinghamshire. Our aim is to act as a resource for
children, young people and adults by providing education and support while
promoting water safety. We have a successful ambassador programme which uses
peer to peer training within schools, supported by online platforms including
virtual reality experiences.
