We offer Art Courses in Banbury at the Wroxton House Hotel. Course Objectives The delegates are able to demonstrate knowledge of the development and spread of fire. The delegates are able to demonstrate knowledge of the causes of fires in wind turbines and the dangers related to this. The delegates are able to identify any sign of a fire in a wind turbine environment. The delegates are able to demonstrate knowledge of the contingency plans in a wind turbine environment including smoke detection and emergency escape procedures. The delegates are able to demonstrate correct actions on discovering a fire including correct operation and fire extinguishing by means of the firefighting equipment in a WTG.

During this 12 week course you will have the opportunity to work on your own project ideas to explore your different media choices.

Come along and join in the festive spirit. In this workshop you will be making a selection of willow and rush Xmas tree decorations. Including reindeer..add a red nose, Xmas trees...add a little tinsel snow to the top and a 10" rush angel for the top of your tree, plus stars, and mini wreath hoops. Festive snacks and a glass of mulled wine included. Please choose from the morning or afternoon session. 9.30am-12.30pm 1.30pm-4.30pm

Hatha Yoga at Burcombe Village Hall Join my gentle Hatha Yoga Class at Burcombe Village Hall on Thursdays from 10.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.

This course is for persons required to work in specified locations, e.g. MEWP’s, scaffolding, window cleaners, lift engineers and maintenance operatives. The course provides skills, knowledge and competence to select and use the correct harness and lanyard for the work task.

During this 12 week course you will have the opportunity to work on your own project ideas to explore your different media choices.

Day 1 will start with an outdoor classroom input, and then out on the ground to practise some map reading skills and some compass work. Day 2 will be out on the hills all day, and will include individual assessments. The 2 days will be very relaxed and enjoyable. Successful candidates will receive an official NNAS certificate.

The GWO Manual Handling course is a half day as either initial or refresher training.
