I love to create glass pieces that are pulled in from the things around me that inspire me in life. I would love to help you create your own glass piece of your choice to take home with you at the end of our workshop together. Course Objectives The delegates are able to demonstrate knowledge of the development and spread of fire. The delegates are able to demonstrate knowledge of the causes of fires in wind turbines and the dangers related to this. The delegates are able to identify any sign of a fire in a wind turbine environment. The delegates are able to demonstrate knowledge of the contingency plans in a wind turbine environment including smoke detection and emergency escape procedures. The delegates are able to demonstrate correct actions on discovering a fire including correct operation and fire extinguishing by means of the firefighting equipment in a WTG.

During this 12 week course you will have the opportunity to work on your own project ideas to explore your different media choices.

This course is for persons required to work in specified locations, e.g. MEWP’s, scaffolding, window cleaners, lift engineers and maintenance operatives. The course provides skills, knowledge and competence to select and use the correct harness and lanyard for the work task.

Hatha Yoga at Burcombe Village Hall Join my gentle Hatha Yoga Class at Burcombe Village Hall on Thursdays from 10.30 a.m. - 11.30 a.m.

During this 12 week course you will have the opportunity to work on your own project ideas to explore your different media choices.

Day 1 will start with an outdoor classroom input, and then out on the ground to practise some map reading skills and some compass work. Day 2 will be out on the hills all day, and will include individual assessments. The 2 days will be very relaxed and enjoyable. Successful candidates will receive an official NNAS certificate.
