Think Tank Academy provides training for the Childrens and Adult social care sectors. We can provide face to face or virtual classroom training on a variety of subjects at various levels and are presenting a number of those as Elearning courses on the Cademy platform. All our courses are accredited by CPD.

We connect key stakeholders from local to national levels and use credible scientific evidence to address problems and shape sustainability in the provision of sport and physical activity. Key to that is using lived experiences of everyone from children to older people to challenge approaches that have led to declines in participation and contributed to poor health, as we turn the tide and enable more people to be active and Scotland to reap the benefits.

As our team themselves have grown organically through Social Services, Education and Health sectors, there is a shared passion with providers in understanding their needs, their strengths, challenges and threats so that we create access opportunities where together, we raise the bar. Professional, Respect, Integrity, Development & Equality are the core characteristics that all care workers should have to give them a baseline to grow. For us, Social Care will no longer be an under resourced and undervalued relative of Health Care, but rather a career of choice. We view our role as supporting the career development for all care workers, creating innovative learning platforms, providing access to conference and events to connect the sector and to provide empowerment opportunities to support development.
