About this Virtual instructor Led Training (VILT)  The Subsea Production Engineering Virtual instructor Led Training (VILT) course provides an overview of all of the functionalities and key interfaces of subsea equipment. The VILT course will refer to relevant industry engineering standards for subsea equipment, subsea tie-backs and critical operational requirements. It is designed for petroleum engineers, production engineers, subsea project engineers and is also highly suitable for cost, planning, offshore installation and offshore operations engineers. He was tasked with a wide portfolio of training, coaching & mentoring to achieve high levels of competence for the client's staff and customers. Further, his responsibilities included designing, engineering, diagnosing equipment problems and recommending solutions to repair deficiencies and improve system performance, supervising engineers, setting up preventive maintenance programs, writing Operating and Design Manuals, and commissioning new equipment. Later, he worked as the manager of a section dedicated to providing training for the staff at the power stations. The training provided by him covered in detail the various equipment and systems used in power stations.
