If you have swimming goals to become comfortable in water, learn basic strokes, Improve swimming technique, train for an event or would like to learn to swim to receive all of the health benefits, we can help. We teach all skill levels from a fear of water, no experience, beginners, Intermediate or advanced. We teach ages from pre-teen to adults. All of our lessons are private 1-1 and tailored to you and we assure you receive the best instruction. We have single lesson and lesson packages for you to choose from. Our single lesson lengths can be 30min, 45min, 60min or 120min and our packages contain 3, 5, or 10 lessons.

Triathlon and swim distance training sessions main purpose is to refine swim technique to maximize efficiency, improve aerobic and muscular fitness/endurance.

Course overview Duration: 1 day (6.5 hours) This ‘Assertiveness and Influencing Techniques’ workshop is interactive and practical and facilitated by a subject matter expert via a virtual platform. Exercises and breakout rooms will be used during this training. Delegates are encouraged to login from a location where they feel safe to turn on their camera, use their microphones and engage in conversations as required. Objectives  The aim of this course is to introduce delegates to a variety of influencing skills and techniques to deal with aggression and challenging situations. These skills and techniques will improve confidence and personal effectiveness when working in groups / meetings. By the end of the course delegates will be able to recognise and define what assertive behaviour is and its benefits, the impact of non-verbal communication and how to use it to enhance influencing behaviours.
