Running either mornings or afternoons Nicola’s soap making workshop is for 1 or 2 people to make their own 100% natural cold pressed soaps the old fashioned way. We will run a soap making workshop on demand for either 1 or 2 people in Westwell, Kent. On the day you will: Learn about different soap making techniques, Understand the characteristics of various plant oils and their benefits to the skin, Learn the basics of essential oils, Make your own natural soap using the traditional ‘cold pressed’ method. To find out which soaps you can make, get in touch beforehand. All of the soaps are vegan friendly. You’ll need to leave the soap to cure for 6 weeks, after which you can either collect it or I can post it to you. As an added extra Nicola will prepare a selection of natural, locally sourced herbal infusions for you to try out. A 3 hour workshop is £70 per person. This includes 10 bars of cold pressed soap and the postage to send them to you once they’ve cured. What's included in the price? A fun creative workshop full of colour for any level and perfect gift! Just bring your keepsake along and discover how you will use Barbola to create your piece of art?  Barbola which was a popular technique found in the 1930's. You may have seen these beautiful vintage pieces? This technique was often found on mirrors, trinket boxes, fire screens and cigarette holders. It was originally made from gesso in the shape of flowers, fruit and leaves. On the day you will learn how to make your own flowers and leaves using moulds and how to make your piece have the charm of the 1930's! We will need any dietary requirements as a luxury cream tea lunch with a pot of tea or fizz will be served.. whatever you prefer! This one day event includes small items for you to work on and materials to create and paint your Barbola like acrylic paints. You can also choose from the whole range of paint from Sophie James Decor. Its peony season and London is in bloom! What better way to celebrate by creating a beautiful bouquet of gorgeous peonies? Our clients all time favourite flowers and one we look forward to coming into season each year. Come join me in the studio at West 16th SE21 where we will learn the art of building a beautiful hand-tied bouquet of the best seasonal flowers. Mix a gorgeous selection of flowers, fillers and foliage using the 'spiralling' technique used by the pros. We will be chatting through peony varieties, how to get the most out of them and sharing lots of flower hacks, tips and tricks along the way. We finish by learning presentation techniques and you'll leave with your floral creation to enjoy at home. The workshop will be held in the studio of West 16th, SE21 who will supply drinks and snacks included within the workshop price.

Coverage of key areas from the Higher Maths course, exam technique and knowledge consolidation with a range of tutorial and revision exercises using past paper questions Easter Revision Classes During the Easter Revision courses students can expect:​ Re-teaching and revised, in-depth coverage of the most pertinent key areas of SQA National 5 and Higher Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Spanish. A fully qualified and GTCS registered teacher within Saturday School Limited’s SQA Approved Centre. Tutorial style completion of exam standard questions and analysis of the worked solutions by application of the SQA marking instructions. Focus on further developing exam technique, knowledge consolidation and problem solving skills. Subsequent ongoing support online, seven days per week, from expert tutors via a secure, online learning platform. This gives students the opportunity to ask questions, seek support and download from Saturday School Limited’s bank of learning materials all the way through to the final exam. All stationery and learning materials. A half-hour break with snacks and refreshments provided. Easter Revision classes are aimed at anyone studying SQA National 5 or Higher Biology, Chemistry, English, Human Biology, Maths, Physics or Spanish. 

The 2-hour Baby & Child First Aid class covers CPR, Choking, Bumps, Burns, Breaks, Bleeding, Febrile Seizures and Meningitis & Sepsis Awareness and will give everyone who attends the peace of mind they deserve.

Our *NEW* Mini First Aid Baby Proofing class is our second class, designed for parents and carers of babies and children over 3 months. It can be taken after our 2 hour Baby and Child First Aid class, or in isolation for those parents who are starting their weaning journey, or have a baby on the move!
