We are a team of Parkour athletes that have been training between the regions of 5-15 years. When Lauryn is away from work, she travels as much as possible, last year racking up a total of 5 holidays. When she is actually in the country, you can find her teaching her own fitness classes, or chilling with friends with a rum in hand. She has an impressive trainer collection and loves animals, wanting to own a dog (or 10) of her own one day.
