John is a highly experienced consultant with over twenty-six years of applied practise in the fields of education, coaching, mentoring and leadership within the context of sport. John is a skilled educator. He is a qualified teacher, specialising in physical education. John is also a higher education lecturer, teaching leadership and coaching and mentoring practise at Manchester Metropolitan University and elite coaching practise at Sheffield Hallam University to sports professionals and coaches. Being a level 4 qualified coach, John has coached The FA England Partially Sighted National Football Squad to a world ranking of third. John has also coached elite children between the ages of 8 and 18 within boys, girls and disability performance environments within the UK. In addition, John has coached and mentored children and adults within grassroots clubs both in the UK and USA. Further supporting John’s executive coaching and mentoring is his experience as a strategist and business leader. John is a successful business owner, having established his growing consultancy, Summitpeople Ltd. John has been a CEO for an award-winning County Football Association and Regional Manager and National Manager for the Football Association. The C2C Teaching Alliance was formed in March 2013 and is a Multi-Alliance teaching school committed to providing excellent teaching and learning opportunities for all. We have successfully developed ITT enabling School Direct students to work within the Alliance. We are also an appropriate body for NQT’s offering quality support and training for NQTs across Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire. Furthermore, we have developed the school to school support that we offer and are engaged in supporting a number of schools and have a good track record of the impact of that support. We also offer a wide range of CPD, including English, Maths, PE, Phonics and Senior leaders. Our most recent addition to this is training for recently Qualified Teachers showing leadership potential. Our objective is to build a professional school led system based on trust and empowerment. We aim for excellence in holistic education; providing an outstanding teacher for every class and outstanding leaders in every school. A short history of our North London Branch 2000 to present: Step Teachers are proud to have started out from 'The Shed' at the back of the garden of Mr & Mrs Georgiou's (Marios' parent) house in Southgate, North London. It didn’t take long for Marios, Jim and the team (which included his brother George, sister Angela, best friend from school Andrew, and Jim's brother-in-law Ben (our current Managing Director, Compliance Manager, Sales Director and Finance Director) to outgrow The Shed and move to Ashfield Parade in Southgate Circus, opposite the tube station. Barely 16 months later and the Step family were on the move once more; this time crossing the busy High Road to the rather grange building of The Grange. In April 2007, we went north across Southgate Circus and made our home in South Point House, above Southgate's once iconic Wimpy restaurant. Sadly it's now Paddy Power. After a decade, our tour of Southgate took us to Solar House, directly opposite St Andrew's C of E Primary School.

We are committed to providing exceptional and tailored services for each child we teach. What we do The Southover Partnership comprises two core services: The Southover Partnership school – Based across three sites in London. Southover Outreach services – Support in schools & Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) The Southover Partnership history The Southover Partnership was born in the summer of 1994 when Carol Frankl made the decision to start up her own company focusing on special educational needs. She launched the company from her home and named it The Southover Partnership: Southover being her place of residence; Partnership because Carol was adamant that her company would be a collaboration between all parties involved. Southover initially emerged from Carol’s disillusionment with the mechanisms for funding special needs and her passion that each child should have a positive educational experience. At the time there were many grant maintained schools that didn’t have access to local authority services due to the method of funding by central government. The Southover Partnership aimed to ensure special educational needs provision could be met. The service began by offering a select group of students support in school and some at-home tuition. It swiftly extended to providing full-time education to these students. Carol expanded Southover’s services and recruited the highest calibre staff to assist in schools as well as at home. Carol’s outstanding reputation in the education sector put her in demand to provide training and consultancy for SENCOs and schools. So great were the requests for Southover’s servicesprovisions that Carol formed her own school for children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and autism. The Southover Partnership school was officially recognised by the Department for Children, Schools and Families in August 2007, with the first inspection taking place in June 2008. This was a huge achievement for Carol, and a real adventure, as prior to this point much of the education for children out of school was provided by local authorities. The Southover Partnership was soon recognised as a leading provider of alternative special needs education
