Welcome to my site. I’m here to help you whether you are new to open water swimming, or training for an event or a triathlon. I can help you with stroke improvement and help you to build your confidence in the water. As a qualified swim coach you can rest assured you are in safe hands. I have been swimming in Open Water since 2012 and have been a member of The Chalkwell Redcaps since 2013. I’ve competed in triathlons from Sprint to Ironman and regularly swim at The Great East Swim, ( as well as many others!) I'm passionate about getting as many adults swimming as possible and helping anyone improve their swimming, from first timers, bobbers who want to swim as well as dip, triathletes, anyone training for an event, right up to Channel Swimmers. I am particularly skilled in helping nervous swimmers as I am a L2 Aquaphobia coach. I also offer women only swimming sessions.
