This course provides the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills to persons who will knowingly disturb asbestos containing materials during the course of their work activities, including building maintenance workers and supervisory personnel, and building maintenance managers.

This course provides the theory, practical knowledge and skills required for use of microscopes and fibre counting to WHO rules, air sampling and four-stage clearance procedures. The course is based around 'HSG248 Asbestos: The Analysts Guide for Sampling, Analysis and Clearance Procedures'.

Planned changes to the Construction Skills Certification Scheme mean that from September 2017, Construction Related Occupation (CRO) cards will be phased out. Without registration on an accepted course, or an industry-recognised qualification for your trade, you will not be able to apply for a CSCS card, unless you apply for the CSCS Labourer Card, to access construction sites. An IOSH Working Safely Certificate, along with a CITB Health & Safety Certificate, allows you to apply for a Labourer Card. Therefore, from September 2017, without a CSCS card, you won't get on site. The Labourer Card may be the only way you can get on site.

The QA Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care also known as FREC3 is a PHEM D qualification which is the entry level into being able to provide medical cover at events. The cost is £425 plus VAT per person (£510pp) This is a 5 day course being held at our training centre in Laindon, Essex (SS15 6SS), all days must be attended and sessions will be 9am-5pm each day. Available course dates: July – 8th-12th August - 5th-9th The course will run with a minimum of 4 learners and a maximum of 6 learners. The Advanced Driving Course is designed to promote the principles of road safety and of enhanced driving methods. Training is delivered in cars or vans and encourages drivers to achieve high driving standards. This course is relevant to any driver wishing to hone their driving skills.
