yoga? This is your jam. Still Vinyasa based but less scary and less sweaty!
Ideal for those days when you want to cultivate awareness of movement and
breath, at a steady pace. The slower transitions between poses encourage
mindfulness, resilience, and self-compassion. Also, a reat way to help reset
your nervous system if you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed recently.
