Structure of the Course This one-day workshop will enable participants to gain the necessary skills to collect, analyse and present data in an understanding and meaningful way and assist the decision-making process. It looks at how to translate data into useful and meaningful information that can contribute towards real problem solving, effective performance indicators, leading to the development of effective KPI’s, among others.
