In this class we will talk about different kinds of wadding and will learn about the quilting together of all the layers with either straight lines or freemotion stitching. Then we will learn to bind our mini quilts (bring the mini quilt tops we created in earlier classes, or bring your own) Wadding and thread all included in the price, as well as a copy of my In Stitches sewing handbook. You will also receive a free walking and free motion foot for your machine! Just let me know when you book what machine you have (this offer does not apply to Bernina feet I'm afraid!)
This is a 4 week course on Fridays from 1-3. Each week we will do a different type of easy artistic process for fun and to ensure great results with no previous knowledge or skill.
Make an impressive 6ft-tall garden obelisk from willow, you can choose from different natural willow colours to make your obelisk truly individual. Cake and hot drink provided, please bring your own lunch. We will be working outside so please dress for the weather.
