In addition to being a fun and relaxing interactive evening, you will also get to sip and enjoy your creations whilst we share fun anecdotes, tips and tricks that will help you impress your friends. The cocktails you will make have all been chosen to introduce you to the 4 main types of cocktail, built, shaken, stirred and topped. A relaxed and informal Blackwork Embroidery course in the lovely setting of a converted 18th Century cotton mill in Warwick Bridge, Carlisle. This course has been designed to guide the complete beginner or act as a refresher for those who may have dabbled in Blackwork embroidery in the past. We will cover the history, styles of Blackwork embroidery, threads and techniques.

Make an amazing 5' tall living willow sculpture for your garden from freshly cut live willow. Your sculpture will continue to grow for years, simple maintence retains the size and shape whilst providing new deep red withies for you to cut and weave with each year. You will learn some basic weaving techniques and learn about how the willow is grown and processed. No experience necessary, bring a light weight pair of gardening gloves  Plant pot and compost supplied. Refreshments are included.

Our workshop packages are perfect for groups looking for an alternative activity to take part in as part of a corporate event, team building exercise, stag or hen do, birthday party, Christmas party or any other occasion you’d like to embellish with a unique creative spin.  Below is a list of ‘off the shelf’ workshops and packages we currently offer however each of these can be customised to suit your needs. Similarly if you’d like any of these experiences to come to you please get in touch as a selection of our equipment is portable. Booking a workshop as a group would give you a discount price as well. If you are more than 5 people, you can get it from 50£ per person (regular price 75£) for our usual 6h workshop.
