Accessibility
The workshop space is on the first-floor of our Georgian mews home and unfortunately we do not have lift access. Blue badge holders can park outside our front door on the single yellow line by arrangement.
Allergies
The workshop space is in our open plan living space and is not nut free. Please let us know about any skin or food allergies before booking. We offer a dairy-free milk and gluten free snack alternative.
Minimum number no refund policy
To ensure we can always pay our creatives a fair fee, we require a minimum number of bookings for each workshop and for this reason bookings are non-refundable. Should we have to cancel due to low numbers, we will offer you the option to swap to an alternative date or workshop, or to request a refund.
We do our very best to avoid cancellations. Since we often get late bookings, we keep our workshops on sale for as long as possible. We realise that some of you travel from afar, so if you book a space and have not yet received an email confirming your workshop is going ahead and need to make plans for your trip, please get in touch before booking any travel or accommodation so we can update you on booking numbers. Or check in before booking.

<p>Inspired by the Arts &amp; Crafts Movement, design and make an embossed copper shim box in this 3 hour workshop.</p>
<p>An ideal way for beginners to explore the malleability of this colourful metal, whilst making a unique box for keepsakes.</p>
<p>All materials and templates are included in the price.</p>
<p>The class will be no larger than 6 people and held in Bryony's own colourful and eclectic workshop at Coburg House Studios in Leith, Edinburgh.</p>
<p>Due to Covid19 restrictions Bryony cannot provide tea, coffee but she will point you in the direction of some great local Leith Deli's and coffee shops where you can pick up lunch or feel free to bring your own.</p>
<p>In accordance with Covid19 Safety measures students are provided with disposable masks and/ or visors to wear. Social Distance measures have been though of with work spaces 2 meters apart and all tools sanitised before use.</p>

On this fun, festive-themed workshop you will hand print a set of high-quality gift wrap.
With hands-on help from printmaker Lou Davis, you will screen print your own gift wrap on beautiful mulberry paper, choosing from a selection of pre-designed screens featuring Christmas themes. 
You’ll learn to mix inks, set up screens for printing and practice on coloured recycled card, which can be turned into wonderful gift tags, before making your final prints onto sheets of naturally dyed, delicate sheets of mulberry paper. 
In this workshop, we’ll have the option of using gold and silver inks for a luxurious finish, or design your own colour scheme to complement your chosen papers.
All materials are included. You will go home with a set of up to 6 hand printed sheets of 50 x 70 gift wrap, plus a selection of gift tags.
The workshop is suitable for beginners.
