Raeburn Training was formed by the Directors as a result of running a civils construction company for many years and finding it challenging finding local training provision. They had been responsible for booking in training courses for their employees and understanding the tasks involved in identifying and defining training needs, sourcing training courses, juggling the logistics involved and was therefore spurred to establish Raeburn Training as a provider committed to maintaining quality of delivery and a positive customer experience throughout.
