Come along and experience the transformative power of yoga in this Hatha class for men who want to give it a try, or come back after time off, or expand their existing practice in a fun, no-pressure environment. This dynamic session will guide you through a thoughtful sequence of poses that build functional strength, improve flexibility, and promote balance in the body and the mind. No previous yoga experience necessary there will be options for all levels. Whether you're an athlete looking to prevent injury, someone dealing with work stress and tight shoulders, or just wanting to try something new for your overall fitness, this class provides a welcoming space to move, breathe, and learn . We'll focus on poses that directly benefit men's common areas of tension: tight hips from sitting, shoulder stiffness from desk work, and lower back issues. The session builds strength you can actually use while increasing mobility in ways that carry over into daily life and other activities. There will be an optional 30 minute meditation session for those who want to stay and explore this tool to train the mind in a way that can help you increase mental clarity and reduce stress in your life. You will receive a meditation technique that can be practiced any time based on mindfulness meditation . No experience required Come as you are: this is your space to learn, train and enjoy the practice of yoga. By attending this class you release the teacher, Giada Gaslini and Art and Spirituality Cic, from any liability arising out of any personal injuries, emotional or physical release, death, expectations of results, theft in the venue or damages that may happen to people and objects while attending.

We’re delighted that Ali from Meadow Heaven is returning to share a beautiful Summer Wreath with us. It will be a relaxed evening with a complimentary glass of fizz or non-alcoholic options to help relax and enjoy your evening. Grab your bestie, Mum or just escape for a sole evening, we’ll be creating a beautiful half moon wreath using a natural hay base. Ali will start with a short introduction and demonstration on how to shape your design, focusing on a crescent layout. You'll combine a mix of fresh and dried materials—think seasonal foliage, flowers, seed pods, and meadow grasses—to build texture and contrast. Step by step, you’ll layer and secure each element with wire, creating a balanced and eye-catching composition. By the end, you’ll have a unique, handcrafted wreath perfect for bringing a touch of nature into your space. Suitable for indoor or outdoor display. For those of you who don’t know Ali’s work, here is a link to her Facebook page. Thank you, see you in the studio 😊🌸 https://www.facebook.com/MeadowHeavenFlowers Date: Friday 18th July Time: 7pm - 9pm Price: £42
