As a qualified Reiki master, I can come to your home and provide a 1hr Reiki healing session.   We can work on any areas you may be aware of that require some attention. Or I can do a full body scan and assessment, free up an unbalanced energy flow within the body and bring everything back into alignment. I occasionally organise one-off events such as outdoor sound journeys & gong baths in magical woodland locations, peaceful parks or on beautiful beaches. Sometimes under the stars with a fire. Any upcoming events like this will be listed HERE (Eventbrite). So be sure to check regularly.   I also occasionally organise all-night puja events. Guests are invited to bring comfy bedding and everything they need to spend a whole night sleeping to the subtle healing frequencies of gongs and other powerful healing instruments that continue throughout the whole night. These events will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a beautiful meditation session. After this, we all lay down, get comfortable, relax and slowly fall into a beautiful deep sleep. In the morning we gently awaken feeling refreshed, revitalised and re-energised. Any upcoming events like this will be listed here. So be sure to check regularly.

I am also available for various events such as festivals, corporate functions, weddings, etc. I regularly receive bookings across the UK, in Europe and beyond. I have provided sound journeys & gong baths in gardens, halls, marquees, tents, private villas and even upon large private boats! Anything is possible… Please contact me with your enquiry.

I offer private immersive sound journey & gong bath sessions for groups of up to 19 people. These can be completely tailored to your specific requirements.   We can work with a theme of your choice, or I am happy to make helpful suggestions. Popular themes tend to be complete relaxation sessions, stress relief, recharge & re-energizing, and events around the time of a new moon (perfect for setting new intentions) or a full moon (a great opportunity to let go of things that no longer serve us). I have two beautiful venues that I regularly use in Bournemouth and in Southbourne. I often use these for private group sessions and provide everything that is needed for you and your friends to enjoy a magical sound and vibration journey like no other. I hold sound journey & gong bath sessions every week in both Bournemouth and Southbourne (on the South coast, Dorset, uk).   Everyone is welcome at these events which take place on Friday evenings and Sunday evenings from 7.30 pm – 9 pm. I offer private sound healing and sound therapy sessions on either a 1:1 or 2:1 (couples/friends) basis. I come to you and provide this service within the comfort of your own home. These sessions can be completely tailored toward your individual needs. Popular subjects I am often asked to concentrate on are stress relief, anxiety, grief, sleep issues, physical or emotional pain and/or discomfort, letting go of burdens that you no longer wish to carry, setting new intentions, re-energizing and recharging or just an ultimate relaxation sound journey session that will leave you feeling beautifully peaceful, calm and relaxed. My sessions include the use of sound and vibration, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.   I also offer chakra rebalancing sessions to restore the natural flow of energy within us using Tibetan body work bowls, gong, powerful crystals, and guided meditation.   For more information on these popular 1:1 or 2:1 sessions please get in touch.

This is a one day welding course for two people wishing to learn to arc weld, and make a basic 3 dimensional welded steel sculpture ,Cost £300 We are limited to what we can do in one day (6 hour course ) . Your teacher for the day will be award wing sculpture artist Roger Russell . In one day you will learn to weld with confidence and accuracy, a range of welds sizes . You will make a steel dragon fly to take home ,like the one in the picture. You will also be taught how to cut and bend metal using Metalcraft XL5 and mini bending machines, to make the parts of your dragon fly . Anyone completing a welding course with me can can have access to my supervised workshop and equipment on a £100 per day rate, and or for a 2 hour evening session , booked in advance is £20.

This Silver Ring Workshop is designed for absolute beginners. It will be a great introduction to working with silver and will see you make your very own silver ring, using skills acquired during your day.

Complementing the ‘Zones of Regulation’, or as a stand alone self regulation technique, Snappy Tappy® provides a practical and accessible method for children and young people to modify/calm the emotions they are feeling ‘in the moment’ or ‘after the event’, to help them feel LESS;  • anxious  • angry  • fearful  • frustrated  • overwhelmed  • shame  • hurt  or any other emotion which is distracting them, pre occupying them or preventing them being ‘in  the green zone’ or in a balanced emotional state.     Snappy Tappy® which is an adaptation of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an evidence-  based modality. It is often referred to as Tapping by practitioners and users because that is what  we do.    Tapping works with the body’s internal energy systems similar to Acupuncture. However, where  Acupuncture uses needles, Tapping uses stimulation of the meridians using gentle finger tapping  pressure, while simultaneously focussing on the current difficulty. This dual attention helps your  brain process whatever might be troubling you.    Snappy Tappy® training takes place over two sessions both 3-4 hours long. The initial training introduces the background to Tapping, examines other adaptations of EFT and gets you ready for your own Snappy Taps and case studies. These are then reviewed 2 months later and you’re on your way to helping children and young people with Snappy Tappy®. Your licence is valid for 1 calendar year and can be renewed following a yearly check in and CPD.     Meet the trainer:   Miriam is the author and creator of Snappy Tappy® and uses daily in her workplace within education.
