Having spent 20 years at the front line of Agile adoptions, spanning organisations ranging from small to Enterprise in both the Private and Public sectors, this presentation will highlight some best practices for Agile adoption, including: the importance of understanding the organizational and cultural landscape, how to avoid the common bear traps and how to lay the foundations for a sustainable adoption.
