NEEDLE FELTING WORKSHOP Monday 21st July, 10am till 12.30pm at Horizons House, 81-83 Waterloo Quay, Aberdeen Suitable for beginners (Adults & Teens) Learn how to make a needle felted Seascape in this relaxing class. Don't worry if you're not arty as there will be a choice of designs to work from, or you can work from your own photo if you prefer. All materials, tuition and light refreshments are included in the price. Plus you get to keep your needle and a pad to continue your needle felting adventures at home. A walk in the woods like you have never known! Soul Shed wellness walks have become a popular contribution to Altons Walking Festival, and so we have decided to make them a regular thing. Feel free to share with friends you think might enjoy! These interactive walks are for curious adults, and a gentle way to explore your creativity and to get to know yourself better. On Saturday 19th July, we will walk with an ancient woodland story , and share a soulful time in a beautiful piece of forest. On Saturday 9th August we will explore poetry, breath and movement along with the inspiration of the woodland treescapes This event is by donation, on the day, and funds will contribute towards future walks. I will also bring copies of ‘Take it to the trees’ for sale at £5
