The workshop is aimed at all levels of watercolour experience from complete beginners. ( age 14 upwards ) The images will be drawn out for you on suitable watercolour paper, so there’s no need to worry about being able to “draw”. There’ll be some warm up exercises to begin, for you to get used to the paints, brushes, paper etc and that point you’ll mix your colours ready to paint your cards. Helen will explain everything throughout, including different techniques and ways to work with the paint, such as applying masking fluid and how to create a great background effect. please bring something to carry your lovely cards home - a tray or box would be suitable.
