My Journey understands that people need a person centred service – one that gives you time and treats people with the care and support they need to ensure you get exactly what you need from a community transport organisation. In recent months we have seen communities come together, support each other and show kindness and connection in a way that was unprecedented. This inspired us to develop a service that supports the connection of individuals, community groups and essential services safely and professionally. My Journey is about you and where you want to go. We want you to use our service and feel supported, valued and considered. Most of all we want it to become your organisation that you have a say in the development of. The Buddhist Council of New South Wales is a charitable, not- for-profit organisation set up to help Buddhist temples and Buddhist societies in New South Wales (now also ACT) and to represent the Buddhist community to mainstream society. We are a member of the Federation of Australian Buddhist Councils (FABC), which represents Buddhist organisations throughout Australia. The FABC has a collaborative relationship with the Australian Sangha Association, which represents ordained sangha (monks and nuns). Our Vision Our vision is of a world where the dharma – the teachings and practices of the Buddha – are part of everyday life and contribute to the wellbeing of all. THEN Born out of a great social awakening surrounding anti-Black racism and structural oppression, BLACK MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS (a.k.a. BLACK MH MATTERS CANADA INC.) was established in 2020 by social workers/psychotherapists, Yemi Faderin and Susan Bascillo. Individuals across the Greater Toronto Area immediately acted and donated hundreds of thousands to support low-cost therapy for Black Canadians who could otherwise not afford it. NOW Donations helped us create programs that end stigma surrounding Black mental health, provide more low-cost therapy for those Black Canadians most in need of healing due to racial trauma, and conduct workshops that educate broader communities on the realities of anti-Black racism. NEXT We continue to be inspired. As an official non-profit, we will - work to improve outcomes for Black Canadians experiencing trauma from institutionalized violence, systemic racism and police brutality. - equip Black clients, organizations and broader communities with the tools to identify the consequences of systemic racism and promote safer and more compassionate spaces. - address a range of social barriers (e.g. Education-level, under-employment, housing insecurity etc.) which may lead to poorer mental health outcomes and negatively impact one’s well-being.

At Stride Active we want to inspire active futures. Put simply, we want to ensure that all young people have the opportunity to be physically active and most importantly, enjoy it! We are the only organisation in Herefordshire dedicated to young people’s physical activity. As experts in in PE, school sport and physical activity, we advocate the benefits of this to support all young people, be it physically, mentally or socially. It is our belief that if we can create the right experiences for children, they will remain active throughout their adult lives. Stride Active is a not-for-profit organisation; our work is divided through two organisational ‘arms’ – Whitecross School and Stride Active Community Interest Company (CIC). We are hosted by Whitecross High School, but operate independently to support schools and organisations across Herefordshire and beyond. We have over 14 years’ experience in sharing our PE expertise with schools. We do this through a range of CPD and training opportunities. Alongside this, we also specialise in physical activity, health and wellbeing through the CIC. All of our work aims to address rising obesity and inactivity rates in children.

MOT testing is a funny old thing. It’s probably the most misunderstood area of the garage trade. When completed properly it can be a valid and worthwhile safety test, to a point, although often it is devalued and discounted. We can never work out why some garages are so quick to heavily discount the test fee, especially given that an MOT Testing bay costs upwards of £50,000 to install. You have to ask yourself; “How can Fred In A Shed Garage Co. make a living charging £35.00 for a MOT?” and then smell a rat – a very big rat! Given that the garage has to recover the cost of owning an MOT testing bay, the only way to make profit on discounting a MOT is to either cut corners or carry out unnecessary repairs- “and that ain’t good”. Especially when you come back to the fact that the MOT Test is primarily a safety test designed to protect you and your family! That’s why we believe in unbiased and independent MOTs. We are not looking to rip you off for unnecessary repairs as we only do MOTs.
