HOW THE DAY WORKS 0900-1600 ALL learners undertake the HSE Recognised face to face learning with one of our experienced trainers. 1600-1700 Paediatric (EPFA & PFA) learners undertake an additional 1hr workshop, the Ofsted Recognised face to face learning with one of our experienced trainers. Blended Learning Those who require the 2 day Paediatric First Aid Courses are required to do an additional 6 hours of online learning, which will be provided by Certifi Training. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing adequate first aid equipment and approved first aid training to the appointed first aider.
