(5-8yrs) Using a range of music from the latest pop songs to great musical theatre songs (old and new!) JazzPops offers a range of dance throughout the term with a dash of some musical games. Combined with an introduction to Tap class, incorporating the work of the ISTD Primary Class along with some toe tapping and super fun stomping choreography! TRIAL BOOKINGS: Of course you are welcome to watch the trial class but following the trial, WhizzDancers are expected to be independent in the room. TERM BOOKINGS: You are welcome to watch the first class but following this your WhizzDancer will be expected to go in the class independently. You will be expected to provide full uniform. Details will be sent following. We have lots of opportunities ahead for your WhizzDancer including exams and shows. Private German Lessons Private German lessons are ideal for busy professionals wanting to learn German. We teach German in-person at offices and homes and can start throughout the year. Flexible lesson timings from week to week allow our German lessons to fit into a busy schedule. Our beginner, intermediate and advanced German lessons cover comprehension, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary build-up and grammar. We assess every student’s level and aptitude before starting. Lessons will then progress at their pace, and we structure our German courses towards industry and profession. One-to-One German Lessons Every student benefits from one designated private German tutor. Tutor-continuity ensures good rapport and enables the tutor to consider the student’s strengths and abilities. We recommend one-to-one German lessons twice a week with sufficient time between lessons for self-study and homework for rapid progress. Beginners should have a basic understanding of German after a few sittings. Returning learners will find their German fluency and confidence rapidly improving. German Language Lessons Being independent of the academic year means starting at any time. Students can adjust lesson timings on a week-to-week basis. This flexibility, combined with course delivery on-site, in-company and online, makes it possible to integrate our German language courses into a busy schedule.

Date: Thursday 28th September Time: 4pm Location: Studio A - Landor Road Event Details: Richard Hewitt is a film producer, who has previously worked in the industry as a 1st AD and Production Manager over the last few decades. He has kindly agreed to visit CFS to discuss hiss experiences in these roles, whilst shining a light on the different types of producers and their responsibilities. He has produced many well known and respected movies, including: - Bohemian Rhapsody - The Theory of Everything - Never Let Me Go - The Aeronauts The session will wrap with a wider Q+A session at the end. This is a free event that all students are welcome to attend. Be sure to book tickets in advance though so that you don't miss out!

This is a great opportunity to see the exciting work produced by yourselves and other students on the big screen, whilst also meeting new and talented people you can work with in the future.Event Details: There's a real range of films to see, from insightful documentaries, to extraordinary flights of fantasy, to wonderful experimental storytelling. Beginning his career writing for Doctor Who Magazine in 1995, he got his big break when he became a screen writer for the Channel 4 series Queer as Folk. Whether they’re needed on a night out or on a film set, this specially tailored session will enable you to get to grips quickly with techniques and practice to help in an emergency. This session is run by a volunteer from Saint John's Ambulance, to whom CFS are greatly appreciative for their time. Book your ticket now to secure your place on this important sessional.
