If you're just planning on popping into the Exhibition and would like to let us know when, you can book your free space using the blue Book buttons above, and we will email you a wee reminder nearer the date. How to book a space on an Exhibition Talk or Taster The Exhibition Talks, demos and drop-ins are free of charge, however spaces are limited and it would be helpful if you could book using the links below so that we have an idea of numbers. Select your choice of Talk or Taster below and the link will take you to the booking page. If it's already sold out, you can add your name to the waiting list. There is a nominal fee of £5 towards the cost of materials payable for the Exhibition Tasters, and spaces are limited. The £5 is also fully redeemable against the purchase of a workshop space (collect your exhibition voucher at the end of your Exhibition Taster). We recommend booking in advance to secure a spot. Any remaining spaces will be made available to book on the day. This class focuses on the areas of the body that are overworked and hold tension/ trauma. By using breathwork and meditation, we are able to become more mindful of the signals our body sends us and target that area with deep stretch holds and activating the cardiovascular system to release the tension of tight muscles. Art & Wine Painting Evening with Edinburgh artist Suzanne Kemplay at The Arienas Collective in Edinburgh's historic New Town city centre.

Join us at the Arts & Spirituality Centre for an embodied-afternoon practice in support of our nervous system.  Through Om Mantra, Asana (posture) & Pranayama (Breathwork) we will help reduce anxiety in the body & encourage a healthy spine. We will complete our practice with a grounding Shavasana (final resting pose) meditation wherein we will honour our connection to the Earth.  Through movement with breath & awareness we will use the body as a tool of embodiment, through which we can find connection with our fabulous self.  This is a safe & sacred space for the LGBTQ community in Gorgie & Edinburgh at large. This class will be run by a Queer person & is open to all genders & LGBTQ community allies too. Please feel free to wear something bright & colourful!
