getsea skippers training

We are based in Shelly Beach and operate from the Sonny Evans Small Craft Harbour. Our theory training is facilitated at the Shelly Beach Ski Boat Club. Our training vessel "What Now" is a 16ft Mallards Swift powered by two 60HP Mercury four strokes. This boat is ideal for students and provides a comfortable platform to learn the techniques for surf launching or inland water navigation with our experienced instructors.

vandyke upper school

Vandyke Upper School operates a House system, which comprises four houses. Each house is represented by an icon whose values and achievements resonate with students at Vandyke – Mary Seacole, Ellie Simmonds, Alan Turing and Benjamin Zephaniah. Each house includes tutor groups from years 9 to 11. Students can earn points for their house by taking part in the regular house challenges, but can also gain points for outstanding achievement and attitude in the classroom and around school.
