We are carrying out some essential maintenance at Glasgow Hope St this week,
including some upgrades to the male changing area commencing 13th December,
reopening on 23rd December. The rest of the club will remain open but whilst we
will make every effort to keep disruption to a minimum there will be members of
our maintenance team in the gym throughout this period. We have opened access to
all Glasgow clubs for members so for a workout there, please head over and use
your QR code to enter. Thank you for your patience and we can't wait to see you
on the gym floor soon! You’re never without hope at our great-value gym in the
centre of Glasgow because we’re open 24 hours a day, kitted with over 220 pieces
of equipment, and we offer plenty of free fitness classes to choose from to help
you achieve your fitness goals. We’re conveniently located a minute walk away
from Glasgow Central station, near the Etruria roundabout at the bottom of
