Before mindfulness entered my life I have been almost constantly judging myself
for my actions and the desire for perfection was burning inside. It felt like I
was in a constant race to achieve the goals I had set for myself without being
able to recognise any of my achievements. Due to the pressure, I put myself
under I wasn’t able to relax and enjoy myself in the same way as those around
me. So when my corporate company launched the first Mindfulness training I
hurried up to sign up… When I started practicing mindfulness, I shifted my
attention to the present moment and fully tuned into myself. It helped me to
open up in a non-judgemental way to the present moment; acknowledge my old
thinking patterns and transform them into new and more powerful ones. I quickly
became a mindfulness fanatic and started to train to delivering mindfulness
training and coaching.
