You’ll start the 5-Module ORSC™ journey b either completing:

All ORSC journeys begin with either Fundamentals or ORS@Work. Both of our introductory courses are based on the same set of skills and principles. Fundamentals is geared more toward independent coaches /consultants or those wanting a new career; ORS@Work meanwhile has been designed specifically for those working internally to an organisation.
Following the introductory course, be it Fundamentals of ORSC or ORS@Work, you will continue with the remaining 4-module ORSC Series. These modules are taken sequentially as each builds on the foundation of the preceding course. 
We're thrilled to be a part of your coaching journey and look forward to accompanying you to reach your coaching and leadership goals! 
Credentials 
The ORSC series is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. This means you can work towards obtaining an ICF Credential at the Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC) level.
Upon successfully completing all five courses in our ORSC™ training series, starting from Fundamentals, and progressing through Systems Integration, you'll earn 84 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units. For those who want to continue towards mastery of ORSC skills and tools, you will join the 8-month Certification Programme and gain the ORSCC credential and an additional 96.5 CCE units.

We recommend that participants have first attended our Aspire programmes, Management Essentials and Performance Coaching, as they provide a strong foundation to the topic, which this session then builds upon.
In Navigating Difficult Conversations participants will discover how to balance Courage and Consideration throughout the conversation by:

Can You Spell It? Preschool Learning

Instructions:
1. Dosage & Absorption
Empty Stomach for Optimal Absorption: Take your tincture on an empty stomach, ideally at least 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after your last meal. This enhances absorption and allows the plant’s energy to work more directly.
Sublingual Method (Under the Tongue): Place the recommended number of drops directly under your tongue and hold them there for about 1-2 minutes before swallowing. This method allows the plant’s essence to enter your bloodstream more quickly and efficiently.
Swallowing & Following with Water: If needed, you can follow with a sip of water or herbal tea, but avoid strong flavours that might interfere with the plant’s subtle energy.
2. Dietary Considerations
Avoid heavy, overly processed, or highly stimulating foods (e.g., caffeine, sugar, alcohol, or spicy foods) before and after taking the tincture, as they may interfere with the plant’s effects.
Simple, grounding meals such as lightly cooked vegetables, whole grains, and herbal teas, support a clearer connection to the plant.

Our courses are social and interactive whether delivered online or in-person. Our aim is to introduce and build crafting skills and the basic skills needed for success in the workplace and at home, including self-confidence, problem solving, communicating in a group, basic maths and English. We teach over 45 different paper craft and mixed media techniques. Each course is carefully constructed to help you develop your crafting skills and knowledge. &nbsp;</div>Crafting and our courses are mindful, taking us away from the day-to-day. Participants have consistently reported improvements in their wellbeing. &nbsp;Anyone who wants to learn new skills can join our programmes. &nbsp;No previous experience of papercrafting or mixed media work is needed.
