It is considered an industry-standard entry qualification for those looking to teach or train. It was formerly the Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS). Overview
If you’re looking for a career in education and training, then the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (L3 AET) is the best choice. It is considered an industry-standard entry qualification for those looking to teach or train. It was formerly the Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS). Wellbeing coaching is a fresh approach to health improvement, enhancing motivation and commitment to healthy behaviours. This programme is for coaches who would like to develop their understanding and practical skills in coaching adults and young people to achieve their own wellbeing.


This ILM Recognised programme is run over 4 online workshops which are 4 hours long, each session is from 9am to 1pm. It will help you to empower clients with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to make necessary lifestyle and behavioural changes to improve their health and quality of life.

Client wellbeing assessment
Wellbeing vision, planning & goals
Supporting clients' readiness for change


The training is held on Zoom and covers a mix of theory and practise, it is an interactive programme and we encourage the use of camera and headset.


Home Learning & Assignment
After each session you will be given a home learning task which takes approximately an hour to complete. Following the workshops, you are invited to complete a short assignment with the option between a theory or practical based piece. On successful completion of the assignment you will receive a Certificate from ILM to recognise your work.

As a previous Director of Clinical Programmes & Chief Nurse of Cromwell Hospital in London, Brenda has many years of experience in providing coaching as a fundamental solution to staff performance, collegiality, morale and support. She was a board member with responsibilities for 65% of a multidisciplinary and trans-cultural workforce which included senior clinical & non clinical managers, team leaders and staff.
She was responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring management capacity and capability, to monitor and manage performance. In her capacity as senior tutor at BSC, she now uses these experiences and qualifications to deliver coaching and mentoring workshops as well as the Wellbeing Coaching Programmes.

Join our internationally recognised Screen Acting Weekly Course and develop your technical performance skills and character understanding over 5 Weekly Evening Sessions before applying your new skills on a professional set at Pinewood Studios as you participate in filming two showreel scenes.

Over weekly sessions, the Director will use practical techniques to build your confidence in performance and help you master the technical requirements to be a successful screen actor. You will focus on the importance of character preparations, how to portray emotion, comedy and drama on camera in addition to career advice before shooting a professional acting showreel. Upon completion of the Screen Acting Weekly course, you will emerge with a heightened sense of assurance and confidence in your screen acting abilities and the tools to progress with your acting career, whether you’re new to the industry or a Drama School Graduate looking for more acting opportunities in TV & Film.

Sarah Hannah is a highly experienced Professional Actress, Acting and Audition Coach. Bringing her extensive experience of working on stage and on screen, Sarah will focus on enhancing your presence on camera and cover the technical skills required of a professional screen actor.



Course Outline
The course led by Acting Coach Sarah Hannah is held at The Audition House, Central London, and the first 5 weekly sessions run for 3 hours (6-9pm).
There are 3 additional showreel filming sessions at Pinewood Studios. You will be required for 2 out of the 3 filming sessions. We film during the day and you will be given a specific filming time and will not be required all day. 
As this course is inclusive of all levels of ability, it offers a comprehensive overview of screen acting skills, starting from the basics and progressing to more advanced concepts. It will include resources, material and instructional stratergies that cater to beginners while also offering challenges for those with more advanced skills.

Mel Churcher is an international acting, dialogue and voice coach who has worked with companies including the Royal National Theatre, Royal Shakespeare Company and coaches a wide range of professionals from budding newcomers to top film stars like Daniel Craig, Angelina Jolie, Keira Knightley and Jet Li; from presenters like Raymond Blanc and Goldie to singers like Tricky and Joss Stone.

Course Outline
This course will increase your confidence with all aspects of screen work and with self-taping scenes for auditions. We’ll also work on a monologue that you film yourself during the course. 
This course will offer guidance, tips and exercises to enable your charisma to shine through in any role you play.
All sessions are recorded and students expected to watch any filming done of themselves each evening. Also, during the course, to self-film a monologue, and work on a scene to self tape and submit to Mel at conclusion of the course.
Day 1 -Monday | Time (UK) 10:30am – 1.00pm & 2:30pm – 5.15pm
You will be introduced to the course, discuss screen acting, self-taping and talk about the actors’ toolbox.
Mel will then invite you to each share a real-life story and do your given monologue. Here you will observe how specific you are, and how much muscle memory you still have in your body from your real experiences. You will explore games and techniques that allow you to find the same life and truth when you are using learned lines.
Homework: Students to watch their work on playback.
Day 2 -Tuesday | Time (UK) 10:30am – 1.00pm & 2:30pm – 5.15pm
On day two you will continue on your real life stories and monologues. Continuing work on real stories/ monologues. Each actor will get individual time within the group. (all present can see but participant is filmed as solo performance to watch later.) Homework: Students to watch their work on playback. Scenes sent after class; partners chosen – these to be learned and self-taped after the course.
Day 3 -Wednesday | Time (UK) 10:30am – 1.00pm & 2:30pm – 5.30pm
On day three you will complete your individual monologue. Mel will also give you self-tape technical tips, elements toolbox and scenes read with partners.
Homework: Studio watch their work on playback.
Day 4 – Thursday | SELF WORK DAY – MEL NOT PRESENT
Actors to film their monologues and send to Mel by 2pm latest! Scenes to be worked on in pairs (if possible) or explored alone.
Day 5 – Friday | Time (UK) 10.30am – 1:00pm & 2.30pm – 5.15pm
Watching filmed monologues together, with feedback. Toolbox, any remaining thoughts and games, feedbacks. roundup of the course.
Homework: Students to film their scenes and send self-tapes within the next fortnight. (If no reader, course partner (or someone else) can read in remotely.)
Every participant will have individual feedback on these self-tapes via a personal recording.
