Boost confidence and enhance creativity with Kaleidoscope’s popular Dance Classes, Drama Classes, Musical Theatre Classes, Youth Theatre, Film & TV Acting, LAMDA Exams and Youth Dance Company. As well as teaching performance skills, we also place great emphasis on developing social skills and wellbeing, including learning to speak clearly and confidently in front of others, active listening skills and our team are trained to help children develop their emotional intelligence. Because of all this, Kaleidoscope members tend to be more confident, more articulate and more at ease in all sorts of social situations in life. We offer the option to take LAMDA Drama Exams to all of our senior students.

ACT Drama School attracts students of all ages and walks of life and enables people to realistically achieve their ambition of a career as an actor in the performing arts. Classes are in the evenings and at weekends so that students can continue to meet their working and/or domestic commitments whilst re-training. Affordable Training ACT Drama School runs on a non profit making basis so we can offer quality training at affordable rates.   Our ethos is to provide access to professional Drama Training for talented individuals who have been unable to follow traditional routes into the acting profession through lack of academic qualifications, financial restrictions or family responsibilities.   ATCL Two Year Diploma in Acting One Year Foundation in Acting Two Week Acting Workshop Short Courses is Acting, Screen Acting, Playwriting and Summer Schools. Students must be 18+ to apply to the Diploma and 16+ for the Foundation and all other adult courses. There is no upper age limit.   ACT Kids Theatre offers acting classes for children and young people from 6 to 18. We are also the home to our 50 seater Lantern Theatre with it's own Cafe/Bar on 77 St James's Street, Brighton. The ACT team is comprised of highly experienced, passionate and dedicated actors and directors. They bring their own current professional practice into the classroom, relish the opportunity to nurture new talent and are committed to creating a safe, supportive and inspiring creative environment.   ACT tutors are currently working at the National Theatre, the Lyric, the Globe, the RSC and the BBC. Similarly ACT graduates are to be found working on National and European tours, on BBC television and Radio, Independent Films, TIE tours and so on.

Drawing performance is a stream of performance art in which artists create their artwork in front of a live audience while communicating with the viewers. Drawing Performance is often multi-disciplinary, combining dance, video, photography and sound. It utilises multi-media too, allowing artists a full rein of expression for their ideas.  Headed by artist Ram Samocha, Draw to Perform is an international community for Drawing Performance. Since 2013 Draw to Perform organizing international symposiums and festivals, work with and support emerging and established artists, hold various events, collaborations with art institutions, and run educational residencies and workshops.  Ram Samocha Ram Samocha is an artist and curator, presently resides in Brighton, UK. Moving frequently between counties and cities made finding and making connections with like-minded artists difficult. Ram’s solution was to set up the Draw to Perform Company, a platform for artists to gather, collaborate, share and exchange ideas around performative drawing.
