The NCSP® 800-53 Practitioner accredited (APMG International), certified (NCSC/GCHQ-UK), and recognized (DHS-CISA-USA) certification course teaches Digital Business, Operational Stakeholders, Auditors, and Risk Practitioners a Fast-Track approach to adopting and adapting the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and its 800-53 controls across an enterprise and its supply chain.The course also teaches candidates how to build a Digital Value Management System (DVMS) CPD overlay model capable of enabling the quick adoption and adaption of new frameworks and models (NIST-CSF, NIST Privacy Framework, CMMC, etc.) that may be required to address internal, external (regulatory), and cyber threat landscape changes. Finally, the course teaches candidates how to ensure the organization's DVMS is designed for use within the organization and auditable by government regulators looking to verify regulatory outcomes. The NCSP Practitioner 800-53 course is designed for both the Implementer and Auditor topics and participants select the exam they want to take (or an additional exam can be ordered to be certified as both an implementer and auditor).

About this Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT)  Conducted in an interactive manner, Exploration Project Management will include presentations by the course leader, syndicate and plenary exercises, and (optional) assessment of selected participants' projects. Industry case studies will be integrated into all the presentations. The course material will include a course manual (handout) and a course workbook (for exercises). Participants are requested to bring a mini-poster (two PowerPoint slides) as background material for discussion during the course. Training Objectives By the end of this Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), participants will be able to: Improve the evaluation, execution and delivery of exploration projects, measured in terms of successful bids for new acreage, increased success rate and volume delivery from exploration drilling, and more rapid progress in appraisal of discoveries. Describe concepts, simple processes, workflows and analysis tools for project execution. Tools include the expert course leader's proprietary project management framework, including project framing and after-action review methodologies, templates for strategy development, decision trees, decision quality frameworks. They also include customised Excel spreadsheets for portfolio modelling, project risk assessment (in new ventures and prospect maturation) and business planning. Understand their role in (a) delivering the company's strategy, (b) contributing data and assessments to key exploration decision makers, and (c) communicating project progress and results to senior management. Learn the skills of a Crime Scene Investigator ... Explore the exciting world of the Forensic Investigator in this unforgettable interactive experience day. You will spend the day using real forensic methods and techniques to perform a range of established crime scene investigations. All investigations that you perform are "hands-on", giving you the opportunity to learn how these procedures work in real life. Your day will include: DRUG TESTING: Perform a drugs test! The suspect was carrying a small plastic bag of a white substance when arrested. He was known to police as a cocaine dealer. Was he carrying cocaine? Carry out chemical tests to establish if the white powder was cocaine? FINGERPRINTING: Learn how to lift and record fingerprints using the conventional dusting process to detect and preserve fingerprints. MICROSCOPY: Use a light microscope to forensically examine crime scene samples. Discover how to use different magnifying powers to optimise the results. FABRIC SAMPLE ANALYSIS: Compare samples collected at the crime scene and on the suspect to identify human hairs. SOIL ANALYSIS: Analyse soil samples collected from the crime scene and compare against soil recovered from the suspect's shoes. Identify which soil sample is common between both crime scene and suspect. Use chemical tests to confirm your results. TOOL MARK IDENTIFICATION: You have a known tool impression from the crime scene. Use forensic casting techniques to create clay impressions and compare with a range of tools recovered from the suspect's tool shed. Which tool did he use? BLOOD DETECTION: Blood-like stains were found at the crime scene. Before sending samples to the forensic lab we need to establish if they are blood samples. Use established forensic tests and procedures to identify blood spots and stains that may not be visible to the naked eye. DNA EXTRACTION: Perform an extraction procedure to extract DNA from samples provided. You will be able to see (and feel) actual DNA once you have completed the process! He was responsible for the day-to-day supervision of all well intervention work on Shell's Persian/Arabian Gulf platforms. This included completion running, coil tubing, e-line, slickline, hydraulic workovers, well testing and stimulation operations. An office-based role as a senior well engineer followed. He was responsible for planning, programming and organising of all the well engineering and intervention work on a number of fields in the Middle East. He had a brief spell as a Site Representative for Santos in Australia before joining Petro-Canada as Completions Superintendent in Syria, then moved to Australia as Completions Operations Superintendent for Santos, before returning to Shell as Field Supervisor Completions and Well Interventions in Iraq where he carried out the first ever formal abandonment of a well in the Majnoon Field. While working on rotation, he regularly taught Completion Practices, Well Intervention, Well Integrity and Reporting & Planning courses all over the world. In 2014, he started to focus 100% on training and became the Technical Director for PetroEDGE.
