However, The Audience Loved It. I Took Classes With An Awesome Company Called One Way UK Where I Was Taught Key Skills And Foundations Of Puppetry. How Did You Come Up With Littlecrowns Storyhouse? I Studied Acting At Stella Adler Studio In New York City. Whilst In NYC, I Was Chosen To Work On Behalf Of The Student Outreach Team That Held Regular Workshops In Schools Around New York. This Experience Led Me To Start Making Puppets And Perform Traditional Folk Stories In Local Children’s Bookshops Around New York City. How Did You Become Passionate About Childcare? In Addition To Being An Actor, I’m A Full Time Nanny And Have Worked With Children From Birth To Primary. My Motto Is To Always Enhance The Child Experience Through Play! I Encourage Children To Express Their Own Creativity While Nurturing Appreciation Of Puppetry. I Encourage Littlecrowns To Express A Wide Range Of Activities That Babies Loves Such As Dances, Stories, Puppets, Movements And Music.

There really is such a thing as climate change. Scientific evidence suggests that the earth is hotter than it used to be and that the temperature will continue to rise if we don't act now to stop it. Living Earth Community is at the forefront of informing the public about this subject. Our goal is to establish a stewardship footprint that promotes environmental awareness to combat climate change. We create environmental awareness through global outreach and social media such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. GENERATIONAL AWARENESS Additionally, our climate change group customizes efforts for different generations, because where you are in life dictates how you act. Our goal isn't to just inform, but to create a series of steps that people can take to make the change. We want you to feel comfortable coming to us for information because you know we will convey the truth. If we don't have the information you need, we'll help you find it and provide links to it. LEARN AND ACT Everything we do is focused on building the Living Earth Community and creating awareness for everyone's footprint. For example, we help you understand why a $2.25 plastic bottle of water will cost over $125.00 by the time it's picked up and recycled. Additionally, stay tuned for a video series on bees that chronicles the research being done on them and how we need to provide sanctuaries for bees.

Previously we submitted a location in Heysham to UKAEA as part of its STEP site finding programme. Whilst we were unsuccessful in reaching the final 5 shortlisted sites, we are now focussing on supporting regional supply chains, research and outreach to help promote and advocate fusion opportunities for the region

ewbury Speakers provides a safe, supportive and positive learning experience in which members learn to develop their communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Members learn and practice in a friendly, non-threatening environment. They learn and practice alongside other people who are there for the same reason. They are taught by people, who just like them, were hesitant about public speaking but have now successfully developed their public speaking skills. Together everyone grows and develops their confidence and communication skills. And, best of all, they usually have fun as they learn. As a non-profit organisation Newbury Speakers is run by volunteers that give their time to help run the club. Community Outreach Newbury Speakers has been part of the Newbury Community for over 35 years. The club has staged numerous events such as free workshops and a Speakers Corner in the Market Place. Members have given speeches at local networking clubs and facilitated Speechcraft courses for corporations in the area. Speechcraft is a program designed to help develop public speaking skills and confidence in front of an audience. These skills are learnt over six two-hour sessions, one session per week. During each session participants learn and practice speaking and communication skills, and have the opportunity to learn and receive feedback from experienced speakers. The skills learnt by the participants, are not only relevant to public speaking but to all situations where verbal communication is required.

We want as many kids to experience cricket as possible and, ultimately, go on play cricket as adults. In between, that means we have to develop a culture of excellence in building participation through mass outreach, working with local schools and the community, inspiring a lifelong love of cricket by identifying and nurturing talents and enabling the kids to develop as far as they can. By enjoying what they do and having fun. We have a track record of doing that over 15 years at Staplehurst Cricket & Tennis Club. Now, as Weald Coaching, we are commiting all our time and energies to building on it. We are intent on creating a series of programmes that cater appropriately for every child, whatever their current level of cricket capability, from complete beginner to high performance athlete. And attracting the dedicated resources and coaching capacity for that to happen. But it also means doing some things differently. Our approach pre-dated the development of ECB national programmes and we think we have more experience and knowledge to deliver an all round offer to kids at the youngest ages without the constraints of weekly coaching schedules and some session plans which ignore the kids’ levels of awareness of what cricket is. Similarly, we have created a competitive cricket offer at ages 8 through to 16 which accommodates the kids’ capabilities, not simply their age. Where the emphasis is on participation and development and not the strongest cricketers or simply winning. Yet, we intend delivering more appropriate playing opportunities, week-on-week, than has been possible previously.

We offer customised training opportunities on a range of open courses for a wide variety of job and life skills opportunities through one-to-one learning support, individual learning plan, progress reviews and advice and guidance. We have delivered programmes ranging from privately funded courses to ESA, EFA 16-18, Traineeship, Apprenticeship, Advanced Learning Loan and Adult Education contracts from entry level 1 to level 7. Our excellence in quality assurance, leadership, and project management have enabled the sustainability of our business, timely completion of our learners' courses and in getting to their destinations. Our average success rate since 2014 is ninety-eight percent. Zurbel Training works with local communities such as the Job Centre Plus, Connexions, Advice & Guidance and the Outreach Team in making sure candidates are guided on the right path. Our gratitude to our business partners working with us for our learners' work job placement, 95 per centre. With the support of our centre partners, courses are now delivered closer to learners' vicinity within their community. They also have the opportunity to study from home via our online E-portfolio assessment system. On completion, all our learners supported with progression route into further education or employment, where we offer them workshop activities on their CV writing, confidence building and job interviews techniques. General feedback from stakeholders i.e learners, employers, staff and funders have been so encouraging, in seeing learners achieving their aims. Our main aim is to increase our provisions to the hard to reach target group in the country and to secure direct funding.

The mission of The Faraday Institute is to shed new light on life’s big questions through academically rigorous research in the field of science and religion; to provide life-changing resources for those with interests in science and faith through research dissemination, education and training; and, to catalyse a change in attitude towards science and faith, through outreach to schools, colleges, the scientific community, religious institutions and the general public. The Faraday Institute has a vision to make the very best of academic scholarship available as widely as possible. To this end we have invested significantly in bursaries for academics from parts of the world where access to good resources is limited. We make sure that our powerful online resources are designed with simple interfaces and can all be downloaded and used offline where internet access is patchy or absent.
