This commitment is essential when practicing yoga, to build strength and understanding of the practice. ‘Drop in’ classes do not provide the same consistency, limiting one’s progress and putting one more at risk of injury. Regular attendance also provides an opportunity for myself to get to know you and taylor the practice to meet your specific needs. *Note: If due to sickness or other circumstances classes are missed, you can make them up within a term

North Edinburgh Arts offers local residents a place to relax, explore, learn, meet, share, volunteer and have fun in. Last year over 34,000 visits were made to the venue that ‘floats like a bright bubble behind the Muirhouse shopping centre‘ (STV Local) Over 30 hours of creative workshops are on offer each week, most with a family focus, alongside a wide range of other events including exhibitions, dance shows, circus skills workshops, community theatre and film clubs. The venue is also home to Muirhouse Link Up and Tinderbox Collective all connecting creatively with children, families and adults of all ages living across the area.

Childcare Connections are a registered charity who provide high quality, affordable and inclusive out of school play care for school children.Childcare Connections is a not-for-profit charitable organisation and is the leading out of school childcare provider in the South Edinburgh areas of Gilmerton, Gracemount, The Inch and Moredun. The organisation was set up in April 2000 to address the shortage of quality after-school clubs in these areas. Over the years we have built up a first class reputation in providing flexible, quality, affordable out of school clubs that run during the term time from Craigour Park Primary, Gracemount Primary, St John Vianney Primary & Gilmerton Primary schools and holiday clubs providing inclusive childcare for local parents and carers, enabling them to take up or remain in employment, education and training. We operate a child-centred service where every child in our care, has the opportunity to enjoy a safe, caring, healthy and stimulating play environment. All of our after-school clubs are registered with the Care Inspectorate. All staff are SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council) registered.
