Persons requiring this type of training would include trade operatives undertaking tasks with ACM's as defined in HSG210 and in accordance with CAR 2012 Reg 3(2). In addition to the Asbestos Awareness, those employees whose work will knowingly disturb ACMs, and which is defined as non-licensable work or NNLW, should receive additional task-specific information, instruction and training.

Online Italian course for adults and companies

This interactive 3-hour webinar is designed for teams who want to understand one another’s behavioural style and improve how the team interacts. Using the DISC framework, we'll uncover how people think, behave, and work differently. Participants will understand their own behavioural style and its impact on others. We'll explore how different styles prefer to communicate and collaborate, and how to adapt our messages to team members with diverse working styles and communication preferences.

The course will be delivered through 9 online virtual classroom sessions. The 10th and last session will involve the additional practical work for the course as well as the written examination (multiple choice for City & Guilds and written for Hi-Tech Training) which will take place at our training centre at 43 North Great Georges Street, Dublin 1 (completed online for non ROI learners). During the virtual classroom sessions, trainees will have a live video feed with their instructor talking to them, doing practical live demonstrations on equipment being involved actively in the learning. We will send out a practical kit so that trainees can complete assignments and practical work at home. The kit is the property of Hi-Tech Training and will be returned to Hi-Tech Training on the last day of the course. Trainees will build various projects as part of the course. Dermatology focused days have been offered by BBO Training since 2017; we are delighted to be work together with Dermatology Education Partnership Ltd as training providers. The Dermatology Update for Primary Care is particularly relevant for GPs and primary care nurses (and pharmacists) who wish to update knowledge on dermatology care, including evidence-based practice and guidance. You will see the programme moves you through from knowledge and guidance/guidelines updates to patient and practical aspects to then seeing how you can incorporate this knowledge into practice at a local level. The new skills you will learn will enhance patient care and may reduce secondary care referrals. The importance of dermatology care and promotion of skin health is essential in general practice. The Primary Care Dermatology Society states that 10-15% of the primary care workload involves dermatology and that many common skin conditions are managed entirely within the practice setting. This workload continues to increase as on-going changes in funding and the NHS structure move more patient care into the community. Chronic skin conditions have a psychological impact on life and healthy living. Supporting and helping patients with self-management is often the key to treatment success.
