It was on 12th October 1885 that the twelve Glasgow Companies held a meeting to form the Glasgow Battalion. More than 139 years later Glasgow Battalion comprises 44 Companies operating in Glasgow and East Kilbride, the role of a Battalion is to promote the interests of the Brigade in its area by organising activities for members; by the provision of support, training and opportunities for fellowship for Leaders; and by seeking opportunities for development of the Brigade to fulfil its Object better.

Welcome to Love Outdoor Learning. We help children grow, develop and learn whilst they connect with their natural environment.Love Outdoor Learning was founded by Carol Murdoch. She is a teacher who quickly discovered the magic of taking learning into the playground and beyond. With almost twenty years of working in education, she has experience teaching in primary, severe and complex schools and ASD bases. Throughout the years’ Carol has and is working on wide range of training. This includes a Master in Learning for Sustainability (with an outdoor learning focus), Lead Teacher in Outdoor Learning, Woodland Activity Leader Training and also Forest School training (level 8 FOLA). She is also set to complete her Coastal Activity Leader Training in July 2022. She Carol loves to support schools by providing training, advice and resources helping teachers break out of the classroom and deliver learning outdoors. Carol is one of the countries leading educational consultants supporting schools in Scotland, the UK and across the globe. She delivers training, presents keynote speeches and is passionate about helping schools develop high quality outdoor learning.

CTS was established in 1991, after gaining a wealth of experience working in the construction industry, to provide all of your industry related training needs, specialising in the area of Plant Operator Training, Assessment and NVQs. Our Worcester Skills Centre has its own classrooms and over 4 acres of outdoor space and resources for Plant Operator Training and Testing. Our classrooms have space for 4 to 20 people. There is excellent provision for parking, site access, and our courses include food to a high standard. Our outdoors area includes tarmac roadway, off road areas and it enables us to deliver training for many industries such as construction, landscaping, forestry and agriculture. We do not claim to cover every subject, after all what company can really do that properly and consistently. To satisfy all enquiries we work with a network of Specialist Providers who deliver excellent training in all subjects.

LP Hairdressing is run by myself Lauren Pow. I am based in Grangemouth in the newly opened salon The Lab & LP Hairdressing. This salon is run by myself and my business partner Shelley Watters. I Cover all aspects of womans hairdressing, including colouring, cutting, hair up and hair extensions. I am also an Accredited trainer offering courses in Hair extensions & Keratin treatments. With more courses on the way. I have been Hairdressing since i was 15 years old and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I hope to welcome you all to the salon soon.
