Peculiar Generation Services Ltd is a non-profit organisation limited by guarantee. Their vision is to contribute to the development of the Lancashire community by way of offering their services to the needs of people in the community. Our focus is on how to help rough sleepers, drug-addicted people, young and middle-aged people going through challenges of life. We believe that everyone has a right to shelter in Lancashire, therefore there must be alternative to streets for everyone in the community. This is possible if the community can support the government by contributing their quarter towards the eradication of some of the challenges confronting the grass root. Our aims and activities are to provide shelter for homeless and rough sleepers during cold weather between December and March of every year. During this period we will accommodate them, feed them and provide enabling environment for them. Our research discovered that young adult is now engaging with the drug without caution. It is our concern to have a society that is free of violence and the way we can tackle this seeming problem is to nip it in the bud by way of engaging this young adult through seminar and training. Adults. We will design a program for these people that have gone through abuse and still going through figment of imagination which has caused them depression.

Swing Dancing is a term used for a collection of vintage dances dating from the 1920s/30s/40s which are danced to Swing music. The dances frequently included under this banner are: – The Lindy Hop – Charleston – Jazz – Balboa – Collegiate Shag Each with different origins, these dances found an equal meaning to the music of some of the greatest bands and singers of the early 20th Century including Count Basie, Ella Fitzgerald, Chick Webb, Duke Ellington and many, many more. After a period of obscurity lasting several decades, a resurgence in Swing Dancing began in the 1980s and has continued to grow in popularity ever since. These highly musical and energetic dances continue to bring joy to many people on the dancefloor and never fail to get the feet of spectactors tapping. What do we do? SwingOut Manchester is an organisation which aims to encourage people to join the fun-filled, energetic and friendly world of Swing Dancing. Launched in 2017, SwingOut Manchester is on a mission to bring the Lindy Hop, Charleston and more to the city of Manchester. I completed my UK pilates training and certification with Body Control Pilates (BCP) in 2000, BCP is one of the leading education providers for Pilates teacher training and the most significant professional Pilates organisation outside the USA. I established Pilates in Dulwich in the same year. Committed to my ongoing development, I also undertook advanced studies at Kane School of Core Integration in New York under the tutelage and mentorship of Kelly Kane, one of the most highly regarded and experienced Pilates educators and therapists in the USA. In 2009 I qualified as an osteopath, and completed extensive postgraduate studies including cranial and classical osteopathy, women’s health and training in paediatrics at the world famous Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy in London (aka Osteopathic Centre for Children – OCC). My extended pilates clinical work is influenced by all of these factors some of which have organically integrated into my current evolving non-purist practice, which is underpinned by comprehensive training and certification, and lifelong professional development. I have worked in several highly regarded London clinics to enhance my practice and established my own osteopathic practice to compliment my existing Pilates work. I currently divide my time between private osteopathic practice, teaching Pilates, running community-based first aid training, clinical tutoring, developing, writing and delivering specialist lectures/workshops/courses and completing heaps of continual professional development (CPD) each year.

We plan to bring together all groups and individuals in Sandwich who are interested in the late medieval period who wish to contribute to the living history of Sandwich.We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, a CIO, formed in 2018 with the objective registered with the Charity Commission: To advance education for the public benefit on matters to do with the late medieval period, ie approx. 1330 to 1480 with a special focus on the heritage of Sandwich Town, Kent, in particular but not exclusively by providing a maritime and land based crafts “living museum”. Aims We plan to bring together all groups and individuals in Sandwich who are interested in the late medieval period who wish to contribute to the living history of Sandwich. The base for our activities is the wooden boatyard building on the slipway by the Quay, the Sandwich Medieval Centre. A special focus is engaging with young people. In addition to the centre being an historically interesting visitor centre, it will also be the base for educating and mentoring juniors in medieval crafts and skills to ensure that the rich history of Sandwich in this period is not lost to future generations.
