Due to the nature of Tap, the physicality of the work is mainly focused on the legs, hips, knees and ankles and of course those tapping feet! Tap teaches a great sense of rhythm, timing and musical awareness. Our Ballet classes include some set structured technical work from the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance syllabus, along with some creative movement. All children have the opportunity to take ISTD Ballet exams when they are ready to be entered.
