I have taken some of my successful face to face sessions and turned them into successful online programs. The only equipment you need is smart phone, a tablet or laptop. There is something for people who just want to get going with minimal support, or we can work together to create something completely personal to you that gives you as much support and accountability as you want. All my online programs include nutrition and habit coaching and are fully achievable to complete at home. You can log in via my app, follow the routine and log your activity. Depending on the program you choose, I will then review your activity and help you along the way. I also do LIVE sessions you can join in with. FACE TO FACE Training With the face to face training, you’ll need to live in Shrewsbury, Oswestry or the Surrounding villages. I have a totally private gym area at home, so if you’re uncomfortable with the mainstream gym or struggle to find the time to go, this is a perfect option for you. Together we will create a plan that works towards your goals. We will also have a good chat and a laugh as we go. You’ll get access to the fitness app, a private Facebook group and LIVE online sessions. NUTRITION COACHING I have various levels of nutrition coaching options which can be as basic or as in-depth as you need them to be. We’ll work together with the support of a nutriton app, making it easy to do on the go. Depending on the level you choose, you’ll either get hints and tips along the way or a full ‘hold your hand’ service that includes video and phone support if needed. What’s Next? Pop over to the ‘Training Options’ section, choose the program that’s right for you and create your account. You’ll get a welcome email instantly with guidance, then I will contact you within 24 hours, to find out about your goals.

NOVEMBER TO FEBRUARY 2023 Thank you to everyone that has provided us with feedback in regards to the changing format of the timetables and the way that we provide information about the sessions. For the November to December provision (Block 2) we have created separate timetables for each area and kept the planners combined for the Allerdale and Copeland area and the Eden and Carlisle area. The planner is intended to act as a calendar that you can add/change as other courses become available. All updates for the timetable will be communicated via email, social media and of course on here. If you are unable to enrol via our website while it is being updated and re-designed, please book using the links in the PDF versions of the timetables, email us using hello@ncrecoverycollege.org or call us for free on 0808 196 1773. Everyone registering interest in a course will be given a 15 mins call to talk through other courses that might be useful and to introduce you to the team! We are delivering courses in blocks of 6 weeks within school term times and having drop in/feedback/keep in touch sessions during school breaks, the attached timetables/planners have the the next 2 blocks on which takes you up to February 2023 – courses are subject to change where there is low or no uptake, or where a partner organisation has been booked in. Thank you to those that have already been able to provide feedback, please share the timetables/directory with people you know that might benefit from joining us and continue to let us have any feedback that we need to keep moving forward together. As always we hope that you enjoy the courses and if you spot any errors or omissions that we have missed, please let us know using our email: hello@ncrecoverycollege.org or give us a call on 0808 196 1773. Please be aware that we are in the process of re-designing our website and hope to have this up and running very soon. The Recovery College Team

My journey started many years ago when I suffered with severe IBS, inflamed acne, fatigue and very poor immune function. I was sick all the time, not knowing what was causing my issues. It left me with anxiety and I realised something needed to change. After a lot of personal research and the support from an amazing nutritional therapist, I found something that worked for me. I discovered I was deficient in so many nutrients and needed to eliminate, and introduce certain foods to help me heal naturally. This is when I realised the power and the healing benefits of eating well. Food really is medicine! Once I started to heal I really wanted to share my knowledge with others. If I could feel better, then I wanted other people to feel better too. So, I left my career in design to work in the natural health industry to learn more. This is when I started to run workshops to teach people how to make healthy and nutritious food. My main mission was, and still is, to help others and to give them the tools they need to improve their health. Today, after studying to become a Nutrition Coach, I can now help others on a greater scale. I absolutely love what I do. I know I had to go through my own struggle to be where I am today and I am grateful for the journey. I am still on this journey and I am always learning and listening to my body now. I love food and I love cooking with different types of foods. I have been introduced to whole new flavours and tastes. I have fun in the kitchen and like to throw things together. I am quite impatient, so cooking is usually less than 30 mins if possible. I also have a love for chocolate, so I am always coming up with new ways to satisfy my cravings. Check out my Chocolate Beetroot Truffles. A great naturally sweet treat.
