Fun with felt flowers gives beginners all the basic information to learn felting around a resist. In the three and a half hours, students will make two different flowers, using different techniques, along with different centres. Workshops start at 10am. I can teach up to nine people here and I can also travel within 20 miles if someone wants a group of friends (minimum 5 participants) in their own house or school. Fabulous idea for a hen party! Please note, though, I do charge mileage. If you have a larger group (say WI or class parents) I am happy to run workshops for up to 20 people in your own venue. My workshops are not timetabled, so there is a great deal of flexibility on dates - just get in touch and we'll sort out a day to suit us both!Please also check out my other listings for Workshops in a Wallet. Evolving Agile Leadership at Riot Games Agile Leadership is a broadly defined buzzword today. Does it just mean servant leadership or is there more? How does Agile leadership fit with "Agile" Management? While the industry is figuring out all this, at Riot Games, we didn't really care about terminology and definitions, but rather our focus is on building strong, human-centric leaders to lead our 2500-person agile organization. Through these efforts, we have created our own understanding of what Leadership in an Agile organization looks like that is worth sharing. It is not expected that candidates working in this industry all do the same activities or use the same equipment and machinery so there is a group of optional units to cover these matters, however all candidates will need to prove competence in preparing the resources required, installation of sheeting and cladding systems and rainwater goods (gutters, pipes, downpipes and angles (swan necks, off sets), brackets and supports, sumps, overflows and outlets). All work completed must be carried out in accordance with Building Regulations and Industry recognised safe working practices, including the disposal of waste. The qualification is structured to ensure that there is a high degree of flexibility within the units available and will allow employees from companies of all sizes and specialisms equal opportunity to complete. To provide this opportunity in addition to the core skills above, candidates will also be able to select optional units recognising skills including, repair and/or refurbishment of roof sheeting/cladding/rainscreen systems, working with boom and/or scissor type mobile elevating platforms (MEWPs), installing solar collectors, use of ergonomic manipulating machines or slinging/signalling the movement of loads.
